So far, J doesn’t seem to be as sensitive as K.
Which is a bit weird in the case of this particular Kryptonite, which supposedly has genetics from the Grenada mountains in Spain.

Sun ≠ LEDs

You don’t think there’s possibly some hermit-like grower up there kicking it in a shed with LEDs?

Basically, I’m referring, of course, to the fact that sunlight is more intense in the mountains, due to a thinner atmosphere than sea level.

What exactly is it about LEDs that affect some cannabis so much more dramatically than the sun?

Dunno the science but the word is that plants grown under LEDs need more cal/mag. Also, because the light is focused, the top leaves will burn in a way that plants under the sun don't. Not sure if this is true for white LEDs but it seems to be true with blurple ones.

light is in a sense radiation... and its the intens bombardment of the photons that hurts the chloroplasts it can result on bleached buds and burnt leafs

Put the window screen back up. It helped when I first got the light, so hopefully it will help again.

Screening for the Mini

i also have mini and am finding if i keep to recommended distance in flower i get light burn. does the screen work?

I certainly hope it’s effective at reducing the light stress. I have no more vertical room! I did use it before when I first got the light and the plants were small and tender, and it worked great.

It's nice to see how you hung it in your tent. Filing away for future reference if needed. Fortunately, I'm hoping I have enough head room especially with the new tent extension from GGT.

Thanks bro! Yeah, I gathered each corner of the screen into a small loop, and secured that with a wire twist tie. Then fed a short length of baling wire through the loop, and attached those to the upper frame of the tent near each corner.
