Hey all,
I have a question for the hive mind. Is there ant harm in letting a water mixture (water and nutes) of nutes sit, and then use later? I can think of any reason it should matter. What about you all? I tend to mix a gallon because that's what I've got as a container and it makes the measuring easy, but I don't use it all. .️

The longer water sits the more oxygen it will lose and the more bacteria it will have, aka stagnation. Easy way to fix this is to keep it moving, mixing the water everyday or adding a bubbler does the trick. With coco I feed pretty much everyday so I mix up a 5 gallon bucket of nutes with a lid and its good for 7-10 days for 4 plants.

Thanks Dom! Sounds like a good plan. Im looking at getting a camp shower bag and hanging it in the tent. They come with a small sprinkle head too. Then I only have to deal with the weight of a little vinyl tubing instead of the jug'o' water...

I topped them all. The pics below were pre-topping. They are getting huge. Im really happy so far. The OG Kush are really nice and bushy. Green cracks are tall and slim. Then the lone Sour D is in between but looks fine. Its been s while since my last post I've been busy with work. And now tbe pictures!

Just dumb luck really. It's partly the room it's in (not too hot and not too cold), and partly that I check the damn things like 5-6 times a day. I'm pretty excited to see how the topping ends up coming out. I took off the first leaves at the bottom they weren't doing a anything at this point.

So the topping had some rather quick acting affects. Nice growth underneath i took some pictures looking into them rather than just an over head shot. Take a look and let me know what you all think.

So here are some more pics of the girls. They are getting thick underneath. I am going to start to bend them over this week and start some low stress training. But I am wondering if I should re pot the girls in the gallon pots first. Any thoughts on that from the hive mind? No roots have tried to make it out the sides of the pot yet so I'm not sure how big the root ball is right now.

So first day on training. I got the soft ties today and bent them over. I can't wait to see how they twist next. Here are some photos.

Its funny i have three straims of plants right now OG Kush, Green Crack, and Sour D. The OG Kush and the Sour D are both very squat dense plants making, it a little bit tough for the new branches to get through and get to the light. So I've been trying to bend a lot of the big fan leaves out of the way and tuck them underneath. But both of the Green Crack plants are much more open they're getting tall they're spread out which really let the light shine through. As far as genetics I like that structure much better. Any tips on the other two strains and how to get them to open up a little bit so that everything has access to the light? Ive been using the soft ties but the branches arent long enough to help open it up. I'll try and take some more pictures tonight and post them.

Okay so I finally got some pictures. You might notice that I've repotted all of the plants that were in one gallon bags everything has a five gallon bag. I really started to stretch him out. Like I said before the Green Crack has a much more open structure so it's a lot easier the other three have been a bit of a challenge. But I'm hoping that these first steps have opened up enough on the inside to make sure everything's getting light. Take a look at the pictures below and I'd be interested to hear if anybody has any suggestions
