Going out of town for 3 days, grow in progress

I bet there are tons of threads on this topic but was hoping there may be new igneous ideas created lately . Hope and prayer..
Here a my predicament. I am going out of town from Thursday morning early like 5 am and returning Saturday evening around 7PM. This is a Thursday to Saturday in October..... 2 weeks to be exact. That’s almost 60 hours or so. How much can I deviate from 12/12 light schedule? How much can the plants handle with no water? I have someone to tend the plants but this is not his hobby and he has to work and may forget to see after 24/7 like I’ve been able to do. I’m starting to worry just a tad. Here are pics. I have a grow journal going . I am at day 54 ish give or take
I have 3 plants. One bag seed that’s huge in my space, 2 auto flowers in which one had stunted growth but has pulled through and the other one is full of bud sites . Really starting to form some nice colas
I hate to walk away for 3 days but I have no option otherwise atm
Thanks and I’ll check out posted threads on topic later

Organic soil fox farms with super soil in bottom third. I’ve been amending with “ recharge” soil supplement. I’ve had zero issues since applying recharge , no timer but I guess I could get one . I have them on a 5:45 schedule . Flip at 5:45 every day. My 18 year old can flip the lights but that’s what concerns me . Weather or not he will do this for me twice a day for 3 days . I’ll research how easy or hard it will be to put light on a timer . I haven’t done this because I felt like this would be difficult
It’s bad timing all around , buds are ripening and just not a good time to go away for any time longer than 24 hours

Plants in soil be fine for 3 days, heck probably yer normal water schedule unless yer an OVER waterererer

Spend $10 and get a timer, honestly yer playing craps in flower without one, too easy to Fup yer schedule and them revege, or worse, hermy

So I can’t believe I haven’t checked this out. Don’t know what I thought, in my head it was re wiring stuff etc. didn’t realize it is very simple . Any recommendations? Price vary from $9-32. I have a 2000 watt LED and 1000 watt. One pulls 451 and the other 136 from the walk of any of that matters . I need one that has at minimum 2 . Ideally just 2
Thanks again for reply

This is what I use

I run 600w, actual at the wall, thru these with no issues

Very simple to use

This was one I considered. I’m on right track now and this will ease my mind quite a bit. I Think now I’ll ask him to check on them and have a mandatory watering 36 hours into and they should be AOK until I return

They have timers like that with more than one outlet if you not running your lights piggy back, I can't see not having one as more consistent light schedules and they not all that much in cost at all.

i swapped out the mechanical ones that chris posted for digital timers.

my mechanical ones got noisier and noisier over the years as the lithium grease on the gears dried out.
their lifetime was measured in decades tho lol.

the digital ones are easy to use and program, and can be reprogrammed in seconds for flipping light schedules.
stick with the mechanical if you are using hid lighting. digital timers work best with led.

I went with this unit, it will run both lights , perfect

I think we posted at the same time or near, I decided to go with digital dual timer, perfect for what I need . I may use throughout the grow but I enjoyed getting up at 5:30 to wake them up. So many times I’d wAter at that time .

watering in the morning is probably the best time.

i haven't actually turned lights on and off physically since my first couple attempts in the early 80's. :)

Oh wow, well truth be told I’m a school teacher and I must get up every morning at 5:15. I told myself I was sleeping in this morning... that worked all of 30 minutes. Thought about the plants laying in bed and I was up! It will be nice to have them off and on by mechanical means
