How do the bud tops look, well everything really? Is it where it should be?

Looks great - you're right on schedule with the flowering part.

Gonna get interesting in a few more weeks.

Get a fan or 2 going if you don't already and they will want more and more water as the plants get to flowering. Just keep the air moving.
