Well topping, LST, FIM are techniques designed for keeping them shorter, which could be why they haven't grown as tall as you'd like.

It also looks like you've been defoliating, which will stunt their growth for a little bit as well

I just cut away aprox 30 clones from a train wreck plant. That plant has not grown a millimeter since I did that and it's more than a week ago, so indeed - stressing the plant stunt growth

Stay on top of trimming away big fan leaves that are blocking your lighting. Do it more frequently so you are not stressing the plant with trimming so much at a time. Good light, good medium, good nutes, good ventilation, and proper grooming will go a long ways. If you take good care of them, they will take good care of you.
