any short term solutions to high humidity. its hard to keep it under 80% the last couple weeks. I am in in early-mid flower. I heard rock salt in a bowl. Im too broke to buy a dehumidifier for a week!Thank you!!!

Hello buddy for a grower that suffers from HM spikes in found that as long as your tent walls are being sucked in with an ample intake (i turn the intake off from lights out) then I have an oscillating fan on low all night, ever since then if not had no spikes.

You could use salt or dehumidifier pots which are around £/$1, keep them close to the canopy or centre mix height so any moisture potentially interrupting the bid structure these little pots may help, rice works too but not well.

hey there Boogerfoot, am still setting up my space and waiting for my dehumidifyer, but found wardrobe dehumidity packs which work a treat. Cost 80p in UK money from Poundstetcher, currently sucking about 60 ml a day from my cupboard grow.
Hope thats help

Came here looking for the same answer. Humidity is high here also. I have fans and ac going and it's still close to 80%.

Hi. I made it to the otherside. I did buy a dehumidifier and it really saved the day. I guess it may have slowed them down a bit and the mold danger was extreme but i got lucky. If you have the spare power space i would invest in the 50 pint size. Mine fell off the back of the truck and its housing was coming apart but i taped it. 50 bucks new. It is the best thing! Dont stress.

Hey i got this and it saved the day. Got mine new/damaged off cl for50$ I did have have to drive 70 miles round trip. We had extremely high humidity and above average rain for 2 months. It dropped the humidity and eased my worry. cant remember the watts i found out by comparison but i want to say 250-400 watts. can be left on contin. i had to empty buckt 4 times a day now three.inside the tent is in mid 50s and lower but also less humid outside. i think those two weeks of high humidity just slowed down and probably slightly effected yield.
