Indoor Bud Bud Bling Tingz 2019

Week 8 update:

Was curious how the trichomes were coming along. They all look nice and cloudy but I couldn’t find any amber. If I don’t see any by the end of next week I’ll probably let her go longer.

Week 9:

This is it. The last one before the chop. She’s a plump girl. Should be an easy one to trim up.

Harvest

Today she got the chop. I’ll have more thorough details of the harvest after they’ve dried and are into curing. I’m only saving the main tops and descent buds. Everything smaller than a quarter is going into the trim bin for extractions. Eventually, all the buds get pressed or extracted in some way. It’s what is preferred in this house. :)

Congratulations bro! Looks fantastic man!!:bravo::welldone:

I would have let her go another week, just going off the trich pics, which are fantastic by the way!

Unless the speedy high is what your going for, then I’ll shut up lol!:yahoo:

Nice big plant you had! Hope you got lots of picture to enter the plant of the month contest :yahoo:

I really wish I had time to let her go another week. I only saw a few amber trichomes. Ugh. But my wife is scraping the bottom of the barrel and the nearest dispensary is hours away.

How do I get involved with the plant of the month?

Thanks for the supports guys! I entered the contest! Here’s a little something I whipped up this morning.. 160-45 micron bubble hash from fresh frozen trim and popcorn nugs. I only trimmed the main colas and threw most of the popcorn in with it. Got a generous return. Can’t wait to Do more. I’ll probably do that on a different thread tho. This is from 2 runs. It’s on cardboard because I lost my little micron sleeve.

Final Weight: 13.42 oz (380g or .83 lbs)

Popcorn/Larf: 3 oz
Medium Nugs: 1 oz
Top Shelf Nugs: 9 oz

With a quick 7 day dry, these nugs were ready to be put away. Temps were maintained just at 70° F and around 55% rH. There ended up being more larf than I expected from this plant, but the nice uniform colas made up for it, as well as the generous amounts of trichomes it put out. Although I didn’t weigh the initial fresh trim/larf I got before drying, the amount of bubble hash was impressive. I got a 13 gram block, but it probably wasn’t completely dried before I pressed it into rosin. I’ll be getting more accurate results now that I have dry weights. I’ll be doing that soon in a different thread.

The terpene profile was classic citrus, but with a really sage-like taste. Very interesting flavor to say the least. Was I happy with BudBud Bling Tingz by Dr. Krippling? Absolutely. Will I grow it again? Probably not. It was a freebie and I didn’t take any cuttings to preserve it. I really dont have anything negative to say about this strain other than the larf. Even the finger hash from trimming was some good stuff. Hope everyone enjoyed my first journal here at 420magazine. More to come. Thank you for everyone that followed along and to anyone who took the time to check it out!
