Toast the flower before you mix with pollen to remove moisture then use rice hulls to draw away any remaining moisture.

I kno I will do good for my first time with all the support from this forum hopfully can make some killer ass beans to gift after my black dom gets done I will start my breading just have to b vary carefull don’t pollinate my hole crop

You can just do one branch for a few dozen seeds.

N is it possible to carefully pollinate a plant n throw her in a flower room
Just spray her with water a couple days after pollination and move her right back in to your flower tent.

Interesting. I'll probably not try anything like this, but I still find it quite fascinating.
Water will kill pollen, that’s why you bake your flower and use dried rice to draw water from the pollen.
