Still a few weeks to go I'd have to say. But it's hard to give you any real answer without more info. Plant strain, indoors/outdoors, climate, how old is the plant in total and how long has it been flowering now? Do you have a microscope/magnifier to look at the trichomes on the buds? That is the best way to tell when a plant is ready.
