Not true...i just used the water method and the first 18 hrs. the seed 'did not' sink so i tapped it a few times and it sank..a Northern Lights autoflowering and its done just fine. Actually it got its root tip long enough to plant within 4 days. Getting ready to try it with a White Widow auto and see if it was just a fluke or the real deal..try it and see, can always switch to paper towel method. Good luck Scooby.
