And here's the harvest from the Zkittles. 116 grams after drying. The nugs are now curing in my auto-burber. I run the air pump 1 minute every 4 hours.

Ok, you can't just casually drop that in there and not share a bit more. :laughtwo:

I've seen one detailed from a commercial grower using 5 gallon buckets, an air pump with like 16 lines, and a timer.

Your's something like that?

Definitely weighing the "goods" on that scale! :welldone:

What dilution are you using for the citric acid?
:thanks:

I mixed it up a few weeks ago and don't recall the ratios. I just know it was your updated recipe. :Namaste:

I probably saw the same website in my Google search :nomo:

It's pretty simple. I bought some cereal storage containers and drilled a hole near the top and another near the bottom. I then used my hot glue gun to put a check valve into each hole flowing in opposite directions. The bottom is intake where I connected a ring of tubing that I perforated with a push pin on the inside to diffuse the air. On the outside I connect to an air pump. The top check valve is the exhaust.

Supercool. And a nice footprint too so you could line a few up next to each other if needed.

Well done! :thumb:

I made sure the bins were stackable. Looks like they'll hold 5-6 ounces each. I only have 4 now so I may need to make a couple more with this harvest 🙏

I hope StarDawg will correct me if I’m wrong, but I’m pretty sure the offsite link I’m about to provide for an Auto-burper is the same system. I built one and it’s absolute MFH…

Autoburper

And now for my broken record routine… Look, I know that I share this external site and this /dude’ work, over and over- but it’s cuz I’m totally convinced based on my own experience, that his approach, the builds, communication, and more are top of the class. This fundamentally DIY site, will change your life for the better in 99/100 instances. I can say this from experience because I have built 90% of this personal/websites illustrated, excellent, DIY builds and they are all sublime; so easy to make, use, no special skills needed and the equip designs hold up to every test you can give them. I really want people to be motivated to check it all out because while there are surprisingly many awesome DIY projects from a one-man website, he is clearly hardworking and ambitious and sees his DIY site as a method of building community street cred.

He’s also where I originally got interested in SIPs and he’s helped me via email back and forth countless times. He donates a lot of his time to weed activism, but also has a fledgling but powerful industrial company/industrial products developer focusing on industrial level hash production and such like machines.

Yup... that's the one. Also where I got my inspiration for my SIP build.

Our own @MightyMoe22 did one back in 2020:
I think this is the one that inspired me to research auto burpers to start with.

Harvest Update

Today I brought this grow to an end.
Forgive the multiple updates but my laptop isn't accepting input from my keyboard so I'm updating from my phone.

Quite the motley crew
:Rasta:

One strange phenomenon occurred. With the bugs and DE I decided to give the ladies a light shower with the hose. Just a gentle rinse ya know. A soon as the water hit the pants they fell over like they were taking a bow. Unfortunately I didn't get pics, but each plant did the same thing. And it was each individual cola. As soon a the water hit the cola, bam, it dropped. It was crazy. My wife saw the whole thing so I didn't imagine it.

Congrats on all the takedowns! Looks like you'll have some nice weights and a healthy amount of CBG in a few weeks. And it is a rangy bunch of plants, that's for sure. :)

Those branches are having a hard time holding up the colas so I can't imagine how they're going to support all the extra water weight. My plants do that when I spray them for PM or pest with just a mist!

:thanks:

These are definitely the biggest colas I've grown to date. I was really surprised by the horizontal one on PQ1.2. She was crammed in the 2x2 and I had to super crop that one. I can't wait to weigh it once dried.

It was just so dramatic and instant. I never witnessed a plant react like that and then to see 4 of them do it back to back to back was unnerving. I feel better knowing it's not uncommon behavior :thumb:
