I harvested this pheno on Nov 15, at this time temperatures are well under 10c and we had at least 3 frost and one day of snow. The amount of sunlight is marginal and didn’t seem to be doing much for fatting buds, so o decided it was enough for this one. Not the biggest haul but many things positive came from this plant; not a single bud rot or mold, no PM. I can’t stop reporting this no bud rot. If anyone has been following this journal and is looking for a (what seems effective) method to prevent and potential treat PM, mold or Bud rot, I would highly suggest using Willow tree Leaf or bark JMS. I have been using this for over 3 months of flower and have found surprising success.
Wow! That's very exciting. Can you cross post this over in the Bud Rot and Mold vs Microbes thread? I've not seen anything else the group has been trialing have that level of success and I'll bet a few will test it with you next season.

This pheno is unstoppable, I decide that she should keep going until well she literally freezes. My next visit will be December 1st. The pheno is green as it ever was, not showing any signs of mold, rot, PM or nutrients deficiency. She ain’t perfect as you can see no big buds almost no buds at all, but does have trichomes… on that note the importance of letting her experience well very well the Canadian weather, hopefully we got the seeds and next year we give her another run. My buddy can’t believe that plant is still alive. LOL

On another note; the clones in the bush were harvested as well, they ran with lot more trouble, we had a wind storm and they had been beaten up but still alive and they had some seed ✌️

The law of diminished return.
Not enough sun and heat to increase size of buds.
So congratulations on a fine harvest my friend.
That was a lot of work for you.
Nice job. :bravo:
Hope everything is going well.
Take care.

Next thing to notice is the development of adventitious roots as shown in some of the pictures taken of root mass. This is exciting (at least for me) since a new way to repot the phenos is on the way for me, I figure that every time I repot and upsize an inch or two of the stem should go in the soil to promote the creation of these roots.

Awesome work. I know some up north growers that are going to want to hear about this.

Hey Dani, what’s shaken? Haven’t seen you chiming in, how did that long-standing plant turn out.. all is well with you I hope. You must be getting ready for the spring thing, I’ll be soaking in late February ,, thinking of trying some of the fast Sativas and the usual indi. Not quite sure as to witch ones yet.. any suggestions ?

I agree, J!
Haven't heard from the man in a while. I too want to start an indica strain. I have no issues getting to sleep. Staying asleep more than 5 hours is an issue.

What do you think, @danishoes21 ?

Hi guys,

Been offline for some time now, catching up with life and doing family time. I hope y’all doing good and having some good holidays.

I been smoking some of the work of this year and well the winner is the Skunk, punchy high with euphoria and mind high, incredible stuff to get the day started. The Durban is very mellow I believe the interest for this pheno is strictly for its fast flowering period, lacks potency, only one of the Durban clones had a real taste and high, it was one of the clones in the bush, and we got seed of that now crossed with the Equatorial Sativa male, can’t wait to grow that out next season.

My Personal Sativa and Duterte’s Nightmare were a real challenge, long flowering time but highly resistant. The harvest of these was used for hash… hopefully next grow we get some flowers.

I’m planing to start some time again around February indoors and unleash the beasts when it’s a solid good weather. I will also be doing some altitud grow with some of these equatorial genetics.

On another note; I will be heading to Guatemala in the coming days and I will look for cannabis around there hopefully with the right moves I can get some local grown material with seeds. Good chance is that it will be found.

Keep it growing guys.
:Rasta:
:Namaste:

Hey Dani boy.. If you’re going for the good stuff ,, better bring your ak47 and your camouflage .. Just so you fit in,, lol
Hey Jonny, how’s it going brother?

I’m hoping not to get in trouble down there lol but if I passed the test back in Philippines I’m guessing Guatemala should be easier. LoL

For sure I won’t be in the jungle cause who knows what kind crazy stuff is on there Mexican border. I am aiming at Atitlan lake is an area surrounded by lots of villages. It’s got it’s own microclimate going. For sure they grow, just gotta find it.

What are you up to? Growing anything at the moment?

I might do a pure CBD plant next year, for the wife.

Doing well my friend.. and no I won’t be planting till end of February as I start the in the front sun room,, haven’t decided on what strains as of yet.. good to see your still around, was beginning to wonder

I’m around, just not actively growing. Preparing for next season. Owner of the farm here is chill, I may have a safe and controlled space to grow outdoors this year.

Looks great Dani how’s it smoke?

both have uplifting high
My best "smoke report" has come from trying a frozen alcohol wash thru one of the "Brian" gals. The dust looked pretty clean when I strained it so I kept it in a jar and if I put about a level teaspoon in my chili at lunch, within the hour she has kicked in and lasts til supper. :yahoo:
