It’s only on my one plant this is happening.. dwc, ph almost already around 5.8, has enough air, ppm 350ish. Only on the two oldest biggest fan leaves. Topped recently at 4 nodes this is node 2 I think

Ok I had cal mag
looks like a magnesium deficiency... these plants love that stuff. Get some calmag+ in there.

I have added calmag but I guess this one just wants more. I’m gonna Res change today or tomorrow cause I added verokelp and it causes build up on the roots. I don’t like it.

Just gonna stick with grow micro and cal mag I guess.

Agreed with Emilya looks like the start of mag just up your amount by 1/4. And pay attention to new growth.
give it time to work... nothing happens instantly in the plant world. Also, those damaged areas wont come back..
they have been cannibalized. The areas around the necrotic spots will green back up though.

Alright thanks folks now I know if I see this again. I learn from experience. I was going to bump all my nutes up on the next res anyways. So that works.

It always seams like a calcium magnesium issue in dwc specially if using reverse osmosis water.

Yeah I read somewhere that you want like 150 ppm of just cal mag. Whether that’s accurate I don’t know but I read it lol
