Roc's First Scrog LED Grow - MKBK - Ice Cream - White Widow

What's good 420 friends!!!? Im back at it again to do another grow.. Its been a few years since I have been able to get back to growing. My old profile and grow was lost on here.. I don't remember password and it was to much trouble to try and get back into it... But anyway Im back for my first indoor Scrog setup... Im already 26 days into flowering and everything is going pretty good beside the humidity at night when the lights go out... But anyway lets get to the specs and get this started 


Can't wait to catch up with old friends on here and ALL THE THE P I CAN GET IS WELCOME 

*Strains*
-1- MKBK(master kush×bubba kush) real name Mastodon Kush 90% indica 10% saliva indica dominant hybrid 21% THC
-1- Ice Cream indica dominant hybrid 60% indica 40% ssalivamoderate to high 19% THC
-1- White Widow saliva hybrid at 60% Saliva 40% indica with a 18 to 25% THC

* Its in Flowering stage*
26 days flowering almost half way there .

*Indoor Grow*
- Have a 4'×2'×5' tall grow tent with a 8 sgft SCROG setup

*Soil Medium*
-Coast of Maine to start plants in 3 gal buckets in turn transplanted in 7 gal fabric pots with Pro Mix BX so mix is 3 gallons Coast of Maine Soil and 4 Gallons Pro Mix BX

*Lights*
- 2- 300w Growstar UFO LED's w/ 60w Cree COB's(3000k) integrated in the UFO
-1- HollandStar 1000w COB LED grow lights
-The GrowSTAR LEDs have been AMAZING... Being only 300w I would rather have 3 of those then 1 1000w grow light... The full spectrum of it is just amazing... My plants have really loved them and have grown alot better then any Hid I have ever used..
-1000w full spectrum COBs are a serious light... I am going to writing a full review on this light when I get more into my grow... I started using this light after 2 weeks of flowering and Damn they love that light... Thank you to HollandStar for providing this awesome grow lights for my meds!!! FULL REVIEW COMING......

*Air Cooled*
- With a 4" incline fan from Home Depot nothing special.. Im might be switching to a 6" incline fan to see if that helps with the humidity at night have it a 6" in and 4" out or the other way around...

*RH of room*
- During the day its between 45% and 52% steady and the night time humidity climbs to 70% to 80% which is a problem that has just arrived during flowering... If I can't get it under control with more air circulation I might have to have a mini dehumidifier on a timer after lights go out...

*PH of soil and Nutes*
- The soil tester is just one of those cheap probe tester which is reading just under 6.9 and water and nutrients and tester and ph'd at 6.5.. Water and nutrients are tested with a pocket sized Ph pen

*Nutrients*
- Fox Farm Nutrients Trio along with Open Sesame, Beastie Blooms, and Cha Ching. I will be adding blackstrap molasses also just waiting for it to be delivered..
- Watering every 3 or 4 days but there only getting Nutes once a week...

*Pest & Problems*
- No pest have occurred which I'm crossing my fingers it don't EVER happen...
- I did have a problem with humidity in the beginning of turning them into flowering... Its the long 12 hour nights is when the humidity gets high... And when that happened the ice cream started to get white powdery mold. She is very sensitive to changes or anything... She received a neem bath which all off them enjoyed and she has since bounced back... No more white powdery mold... They get there neem bath once a week to be on the safe side...

I hope that gives you a little idea of what is going on in my grow and I hope some people jump along for my ride and help me out... Any advice or ideas I am happy to receive.. Thank you now and hope you guys enjoy

I decided to get a Eva Dry 1100 petite dehumidifier for when the lights go out and I gave it a good watering... Im hoping that will help... We will see in the next few days cross your fingers !!!!

Here's a little eye candy of the MONK(Mastodon Kush) - she's still a little droopy but since I stuck the petite humidifier in there and gave here a good wash she seems to be coming to life again...

I had to do some bud porn today... The lady's are doing pretty good other then the humidity at night... It doesn't help when the humidity lately has been 90 to 98% outside so Im still battling that... Which I have decided to upgrade to a 6" inline fan to bump it from 90 cfm to 240 cfm of exhaust to see if that cools my room along with get the humidity to go down..

But here's some bud porn:

And any ideas on humidity remedies would be so much help... And cheap or easy ideas are welcome...

I have a cheap humidity solution, get a big container of rock salt and put it in the tent, it will absorb any water in the air, plus you reuse it, just pop it in the sun or in the oven to dry it out again.

Im definitely going to try that... My humidity is getting up to 82% till my lights come on... I even bought a mini dehumidifier and that doesn't seem to cut it even... I only have a 4 inch exhaust that does 90 cfm so might try a 6" at 240cfm...

In flower you really shouldn't be above around 40% rh.

I know I got my humidity down to low 40s during the day its still at night that it gets that high... They seem to be growing good now so I dunno uf they got use to it or what...

Everything got finished and dry on this one... Im starting a new grow with autos and Im gonna start a new journal for that... Will upload a little pictures of the finished product... Hopefully the next grow will have a little journal more viewers... Got a couple sponsors that want to put in for the grow including GROWSTAR LEDS with there new 600w led 12 band full spectrum but also gonna try and get a GROWANT LED ALSO...
