Watered the girls today, apparently I have been under watering them AGAIN lol... apparently my landlord is going to be doing work in my basement replacing windows and other shit and I am gonna have to put my plants somewhere else as I know he will randomly show up and do the work without notice... ugh...

Thinking about buying a 58" high armoire 4x2 and running the plants inside that in my bedroom... or just throw them in the closet for a few weeks until its done.

Anyhow I think they are making alright progress, just the beginning :)

Random Seeds: Day 12
Red Dragon: Day 3

Random Seeds: Day 19
Dragon : Day 10

Moving my plants upstairs in the daytime to avoid the landlord in my garage who is replacing windows and downstairs at night so my girlfriend doesn't see them, and here I am lol... Going on day 20 for the random seeds and day 10 for the red dragon.

Red dragon is becoming rootbound (I think) and is experiencing slower growth than I would hope for, so I am repotting them tomorrow in 5 gal smart pots.

The other plants seem to be doing okay, same issue as my last run with them, very droopy bottom leaves and leaves yellowing 1 by 1. I think my water PH is destroying my plants as I am just a hair over 7.0 when I tested it. Not sure what effects from the lockout I would be experiencing.

Few thing I forgot to mention, the plants are sitting low in the 5 gallon pots not by choice but because that's all the soil I had while I was in between paychecks and they needed to be transplanted. these plants are just extra as I am more concerned with the Red Dragon plants.

I am ordering my tent (3x3x72") tomorrow and going to have it over nighted, going with Apollo brand as the lights from the company have worked well so why not. This will allow me to grow a little bit more stealthy and not have to move my plants 2 times a day up and down my shared staircase...

Also decided on going with a HPS setup for the plants, will help heat my garage in the winter and mixed with my 300w of led should help my yield by getting a more complete spectrum. I am still debating between the 400w and 600w setup.

Power is out today And my roof is being repaired with the landlord on the scene. Plants are sitting in really low light conditions. Shouldn't hermie them in veg as long as it's taken care of by tonight and doesn't happen again right?

Tent is being delivered today so that should fix a lot of issues.

Plants are looking alright. Not sure if they are growing as fast as they should be. I have fed nutes twice to the random plants.

Red dragon still progressing slower than I hoped.

I just got my tent set up and my plants inside them with one of the 300w LEDs. Hopefully they spring right up.

My landlord is gonna be feet from the tent fixing a window in the basement so that should be interesting...

Pics later when I get home from work.

The plants love their new tent. Switched them to 16/8 and am seeing night and day differences in growth.

I would highly recommend Apollo horticulture tents to anyone looking for a cheap tent in the future. close to 0 light leaks, really thick(comparable to gorilla tents that I looked at in terms of thickness), and only cost me $99 for a 3x3.

I dont think I am ever gonna go back to 24/7 cycle for vegging, I am seeing a lot more growth and the plants are more healthy. No more sagging leaves and the plants are stretching towards my light nicely.

Random: 27 days from seed
Red Dragon: 18 days from seed

Man this thread is lonely ;) , I'm sure it will pick up a bit once things around here calm down around my house and I switch them to flower with the 600W HPS.

Picking up my carbon scrubber and fan next week. Trying to decide on what size fan to get and need to find one that is somewhat stealthy but can handle the 600w and my LED's. Any Advice?

Also debating on whether I want to scrog these or just LST. I feel like a scrog in the corner on my garage with only 2 sides access-able will be a pain to maintain as far as tending and watering them.

Okay so here are the pics, humidity has been very high because my tent is closed up in the day when my landlord is around because he has been working in my garage, hopefully it doesn't negatively effect them. I have heard that you want high humidity in veg but 99% seem way to high lol. Once he finishes in my garage for the year I should be all set.

Still seeing my leaves curling, heat isn't an issue at all. Any Ideas?

Looks like you might be over watering by the looks of your leaves.

Plants were super dry the other night and starting to wilt, watered and now they are starting to droop again. I water until it seeps through the bottom. Guess I am overwatering again.

Also more pictures, I topped the plants today and should have plenty of grow sites after this. Could anyone tell me why I have chunks of leaves missing, I am gonna post a few pics. I assume its some type of bug?

Waited until my pots feel light and dry as always and gave each 5 gallon pot a gallon of plain water each to hopefully flush some nutes out and see the effect.

I tested the runoff and it was about 7.0. Little bit high. I guess we will see if that clears it up in a few days.

Also the plants have been under 16/8 and 2 of the larger plants are showing sex and are both female. Expecting to see the 3rd soon.

Random: 37
Dragons: 28 - they seem to really be falling behind and I'm not sure why.

I am debating putting the girls into flowering here shortly as the random plants are becoming way too big and im worried about space. They seem to be stretching a bit now but I think the nodes still look tight? I am buying a 600w hps cool tube and carbon filter/inline fan next week and will most likely start it. Do you guys think I should wait and give the dragons more time? I would hate to get a terrible yield from them.

Also going to include a few pics of some random outdoor plants I have that I started late.

someone chime in and give me something to do :)

So I was going some lst and I luckily saw saw it now. One of my plants is a hermie, tons of female pre flowers and just noticing the sticks and balls.

I live in a northern state and the temps are still warm at the moment. I'm debating putting it outside down the road in a cleared out Forrest area that gets decent sunlight, idk if it will make it before the snow hits, hate throwing my girl away :(. I always thought they hermied in flowering but maybe this one was born like that.

Any use for a hermie? Should I keep it in downstairs for its pollen and pollinate some lower branches for seeds?

Hey dude, subbed .. You'll get female seeds but what genetic code they carrying. I'm not a geneticist... Don't really know if hermie is a trait or a defense form against stress. I wouldn't worry about the pollen when only growing three plants, 4 times a year, not really expensive for quality genetics. And if breeding is in your plans, you should choose the genetics you want to carry through, make the losing crop of bud to seed worthwhile, imo....I would have subbed earlier, you should have sent an invite, I hadn't seen you started a new one...
