PICTURE UPDATE

First off we have our Ballast dialed in at 100% now, and the HPS bulb is just showing much needed love from all the lumens that it is giving to my baby.

Just thought I would show what all it looks like before the flowers started coming in. These photos were taken on the 6th so that was day 2 flower that you see here. She has already put on another 1 inch of growth since, and also has now been fed into the Bloom schedule on BPN's Farmer's Pride Organics.

and now, for the last test I will be conducting... for this last indoor flower season anyways... LOL

As of today, there is a root already at the bottle cap and I am sure it will be popping out by, if not tonight, then tomorrow lights on.

When the root finally makes it to the res I will post another photo update of it.

I hope you all enjoyed the photos as I did snapping them.

Re: Fire OG - BPN x JD Lightings - Joint Ops

Astonr420 I like that a test of a test of a test. That's where the adventure at. If things are not what we hope to be we can always revert back to what we know that works. In the process we broaden our understanding and knowledge.

I have included your journal link in the blog.

Re: Fire OG - BPN x JD Lightings - Joint Ops

yea it's all about getting them to go out now.

Twelve12,
A question my brotha, should I keep the water level over the cap? or keep it clear and dry?

:peacetwo:

Re: Fire OG - BPN x JD Lightings - Joint Ops

For soil keep them right at the same level as the cap no higher. It may soak the entire medium resulting in over water effect. Since soil isn't like perlite and vermiculite and coco, it cannot handle too much water. Once the roots touches the reservoir, you can let lower the water level below the cap.

Re: Fire OG - BPN x JD Lightings - Joint Ops

So, with this being a sponsor journal, by two of our sponsors, I feel that I must post this up for all to see.

I will always stay true to my personal sponsor BPN, so their offer goes first.

Re: Fire OG - BPN x JD Lightings - Joint Ops

WARNING KIDDIE PORN AHEAD

OK, so I had to do a pic update already, she is flowering oh so fast. The 2L DWC Hempy is rooting but still not coming out the holes just yet. I gave her her first shot of nutes yesterday, and she seems to be ok still. Twelve12, I did put the water line to the cap, still nothing coming out, and soil is not over saturating like I thought would happen with soil... for your notes, I am using Supersoil brand soil for this with about a 25% perlite mix and 1/2 tsp of BPN Root Magic mixed in as well.

Well Fire OG did a 1 inch stretch so far and has pretty much halted again. She is on the Farmer's Pride Organics feeding of 20 ml of Grow, 45 ml of Bloom, 15 ml of Micro, 2.5 ml of molasses, and 5 ml K-Bud. Happy viewing

I know that the 420 Store will be carrying them when it opens. I can't remember the opening date, but I will keep you posted.

Or

You win a contest and you get one as a prize package.

Re: Fire OG - BPN x JD Lightings - Joint Ops

When I awoke this morning to turn on the light, I noticed that the water level in the 2L had went below the cap line already. I also noticed a single rootlet reaching into the water.

So, Twelve12, should I leave it be and keep it stretching for it, or should I fill the water level back up?
