Wowzers ice! They look good! Curso is right on the $ with.his pointer about the soil I was thinking something real close, I noticed that under LED my plants we're frostier on the strains I knew well (blue dream & purple power) for sure I noticed they had twice the Trichs, and all we're very frosty ,by the time I was done trimming the 6 small plants everything for a 3 ft radius around me was covered in Trich dust my clothes looked ran! You could run your finger along anything and come up with a fingerfull of gold dust! This has never happened before ! Unless I was shaking dry ice! And the buds we're still crazy coated the Keif I got from those 6 small plants when I did the sugar leaf was 3 times the amount I normally get from the same amour of trim! I'm gonna go ahead and say yes LED grows more Trichs lol I'm a little concerned at how close your mars2 is to the tops I found my plants had denser heavier buds lower on the plants where the sweetspot of the light is (my guess is 24 inches) cuz that's how far from the light the heavier buds we're.
For 9 days gone I would say if you have yucca extract to load them up with some to get the soil to hold more water,I notice not only is it a good wetting agent among other things it increased the time between waterings needed, and I think filling the trays with water is a good idea, you could rig a pump on a timer in a big tote full of basic tea leave it bubbling all you need is some drip line tees and 1/2 gallon per hour drip emitters to water theme time a say for 15 /30 min unless you have a weekly timer you can rig to not water till 5 days have elapsed ,just an idea, I'm gonna do that when spiffys and I go on vaycay:thumb: wow you can always tell when I hit the blue dream!

Hey Everyone!!! I hope all of you had a great Thanksgiving Weedkend!!! I am back from 9 days away from my girls, the longest I have ever left them. As soon as I got off the plane and got home, 1st thing I did was get a bucket of R/O water purifying and checked on my girls. I am pretty surprised that they didn't take too much of a hit while I was gone besides some yellowing of some of the fan leaves and some wilting on the OG's!!!! Whew!!

I immediately fed the girls just plain R/O water as the soil was very dry (except for the blue dream which still is very moist???!!) I also mixed up a foliar spray of just plain sink water *approx 350ppm and added some carboload, organic b, 0.5-1-1 Florablend tea and sprayed the the girls very good to help jump start their re-hydration as well as getting some immediate macro and micronutrients to the leaves.

Overall I have to say when I opened my tent I am pretty impressed with what has happened the last 9 days while I was gone. They girls are getting fatter, more frosty and smelling much more potent!!!

Today would make day 44 of flowering from the flip!!! getting closer to harvest, but they still have another 4 weeks or so to go!!! much fatter ladies coming soon!!!

I am so relieved that everything went well and they didn't die on me!!! A few grows back I took a long trip and came back to a completely destroyed flowering tent due to thrips, so ever since then I hate leaving my girls, but whew!!!! They made it!!!! So happy !

Re: Icemud's Grow 6.0. Cherry Pie - GSC - OGiesel -SFV OG- University Hills OG- Perpe

what is your temperature in your grow area with both lights on? how many days of flowering are you at?

My temps usually range with lights on between 73 and 80 degrees and I am on day 46 of flowering (from the flip).

Re: Icemud's Grow 6.0. Cherry Pie - GSC - OGiesel -SFV OG- University Hills OG- Perpe

Hey Mud,Is that one of those co2 bottle's is in the tent?I watched a few video's on them. How do you rate it?

Yeah, the bottle is from one of our past sponsors TNB Naturals, not sure if they still are a sponsor but I won them last year in the NotM contest here at 420 magazine. I can't really say if they are effective or not because I don't have a ppm meter. I do know that for at least 1 week, if you shake the bottle, it definitely blows out a good amount of CO2 out of the hole in the cap. I also have had some pretty dense buds on past grows using them, and sometimes when I had all HID lighting the temps would get up to 85F in the summer, and the girls didn't show much heat stress. So it must be working somewhat :) For my smaller tent they seem to be a good solution since a CO2 bottle system would be overkill.

Rollin down the street, growin endo, rippin my 2' tube!!! Blaze fat!! With my mind on my nuggies and my nuggies on my mind!! LOL

A little Snoop parody!

Welcome everyone, I'm back with another large photo update.

So today would make day 448 of flowering from the flip and so far things are looking great. The nugs are really getting super frosty with trichomes and each day they seem to be smelling more and more... (well technically they seem to give off more fragrance in the dark period, but hey :) ) I still see my leaves yellowing out on some of my plants, especially my OG's and think it may be due to the long dry period, followed by a heavy watering, and then really low humidity being tied into the picture.

I fed the girls yesterday just a very light feeding of 5 gallons of R/O water mixed with:
2 tbsp of dry kelp meal
1 tbsp of dry alfalfa meal
30ml of organic b
20ml of humic acid
30ml of 2-4-0 hydrolyzed fish
20ml of hygrozyme

I fed this to the ladies and closed them up for the night, this feeding was yesterday. Tonight since the leaves still are looking kind of unhealthy I decided to fill up my sprayer with plain r/o water with magnisium sulfate (epsom salts) and spray the girls. I read somewhere that spraying the plants with epsom salt sort of is like a reset button, I guess it helps the plant through stresses.

Other than that, not much else to report besides I am so far very impressed with how things are going and hopefully the luck continues.

I also plan on going Full LED in the near future but will most likely finish this grow out before replacing my ceramic metal halide.

Here are todays photos...
