Thanks from what I'm reading though I don't expect a strong takeoff. The yield is moderate according to the strain description and most plants I've grown that say that don't grow fast or get big.

Note - I fed all six plants for the first time today; they were getting light green too. I used AN's Iguana Juice grow formula (about 3/4 cup/pot). I hope to be able to keep these in 4" pots for two more weeks then put them in 2 gallon pots of the organic soil mix I made, but I now have them under a new Feliz 250 Watt full spectrum CFL so I'll be lucky to get another week. I'm going to use 2 gallons of RO water, 2 cups of earthworm castings, and 2 Tbsp unsulfured molasses in a compost tea to feed the microorganisms.

Man these are slow growing here they are a little overwatered but the small pots dry quick:

I'll probably have to put them into the 2 gallon pots quicker than expected.

Note: Instead of that, I transplanted all 6 of them into slightly larger pots (I think they're 6" square?) of Happy Frog. That should do until I have the room to move them in a few weeks; then I'll go to the 2 gallon pots of my mix. Post pics soon.

Thanks hockeybry2 and Dr Bob I just mixed up some water with Diamond Black and CalMag and I'm waiting for lights on to see how they're responding to the Happy Frog.

Chimp...have you done any other cali connection strains? Just wondering if you've ever had any issues with them? I'm considering getting a pack

Let me look at their listings I did:

818 Headband (one plant grow) - I didn't like it, but I crossed it with a GDP male and I really like the offspring.
Pre-98 Bubba BX2 (one plant grow) - I just didn't like it.

I've got:

Blackwater (3 seeds; might do those ones this Winter)
Girl Scout Cookies (6 seeds; I'll be doing those the first thing in the Spring)
Boss Hogg (2 seeds; don't know when I'll do those ones)

I haven't grown enough of that stock to give an opinion really, but I don't remember having any issues with either plant.

Black water looks sexy! I wanna try that or the Tahoe og... But I've read a lot of people screaming hermie issues with Cali connection...I'm sure it's partially or fully forum slander ...you doing all regs or fems?

I'm doin' regs for the same reason. I've read articles that say the same thing about that stock going hermie. The GSC seeds I got are fem, though. I hope that pans out for me.

Yeah I don't know if the herm is fact or fiction. I'd love to do fems but def don't wanna risk herms. I wonder who has grown out lots of cc gear. Hmmm

Note: All 6 of these plants were transplanted into 2 gallon pots of the fertilizer/soil mixture this morning and put into flower under a 400 watt HPS set at 11.5/12.5. Today is 7 weeks and 4 days since germination. I'll get a pic up soon.

If the main colas don't make it, I can top them even though I'm going to lose yield. One of them picked up some already.

Hey Buckshot good to see you!
They pulled out of the transplant shock and a few of them are starting to show hairs (I didn't get a good pic of the one that was).
LA Affie - 1 week of 11.5/12.5:

This one isn't showing yet. Almost.....

I still gotta get me a good air pump for my compost teas, but it looks like they don't mind the concoction I mixed up for them.
