My new filter and fan showed up and I moved stuff around. Not sure if this will work or not, I have the old filter on the bottom level ducting to a vent at the upper level, where the new filter should pick it up and vent it all out to the attic. We will see if it works out. Its smelling pretty fierce in there right now because i had the fans off while i was setting it all up.

Added an air intake to help with the negative pressure that will be built up in the room......
Nope not stealth Hahaha!
I see you are using two filters to battle the stink which is epic and nice intake addition.
Are you planning on filtering your intake? It could prevent pests and dust from getting in.

Yea, Its the auto, Kandy that is stinkin up the joint. I may be hypersensitive, Being my first grow and not knowing what to expect, but I did not expect this much smell already. Bubba smells like a house plant.

Update week 4. Day 28. The filter seem to be working good. 15 minutes later and I smell nothing. 
Kandy is stretching now and has passed Bubba in size. Looks like she is going to have a lot of bud sites! Bubba, on the other hand is taking his time. I understand he is a photo....But.... I want it now dammit!

Everything is looking good so far. Fingers crossed this grow goes without a hickup!

Both are looking well good mate. I do have a bit of a soft spot for autos and watch kandy explode next few weeks. How tall is she now?

She is 13" right now, but growing quickly.

I do like autos but then i have not done photos apart from one in the garden at the moment. I reckon kandy will get to about 2 ft.

I hope the new filter helps with the smell...don't go all paranoid on us now...lol. I can smell mine too and I am starting to worry a little myself. Let me know how the new one does as I will be ordering one in a few days.

Good morning all. I have been thinking about it, and decided I want to start flowering Bubba. She is at 12" now and I believe she is showing her sex.
I would like to hear your thoughts on an extended period of darkness before switching to 12/12. Is it effective?
Edit: I will let her finish out the week before switching.

What did you do with that UFO Led. I just replaced my CFL's with a UFO. Are you still using it for anything? I wonder will it be sufficient for my experimental grow.

No, I am not using it. I got a good deal on the Znet and it is more powerful. I thought about using it for side lighting, but don't think I'm going to need to. Let me know how it does for you.

Update day 30:
I gave the girls their first Cal/Mag today. No nutes. Kandy is still growing and stretching nicely. Bubba is just getting fatter. She is still about 12" tall. I am going to switch the lights off today, and turn them back on tomorrow at 4pm for 12/12 and see if we cant jump start Bubba....
