Cannabis grower jobs

I have been looking for a place, on 420magazine, that has information on jobs in the cannabis industry. I am ready to relocate to a state that allows legal grows. I would love to be apart of large, legal grow.
Where do you look for jobs as a grower. I have been a horticulture instructor, at the high school and college level and love to grow cannabis (20 years).
Any help would be appreciated.

If you end up on the east side of WA, Grow Op Farms is a huge employer in the Spokane area. Growing and processing. Also there are a lot of outdoor commercial grows, not sure all of the names.

Start at Ohio cannabis college they do job placement. It’s in Cleveland once you graduate they do job placement.
