The Journal is starting on Day 13 into the grow, I added half strength nutes 5 Days ago and the girls took well to it. The best plant right now is one of the Afghan followed by Bubbas gift, French Touch, and lastly the second afghan.

Day 14

Temp: 75F
RH: 42%

The better Afghan is growing quickly little to no stretch at this point.
The Bubbas Gift is Definitely more sativa.
French touch is working on her first set of 3 Leaves hopefully by tomorrow shell be showing them better.
Lastly, doing a partial Res change followed by another half strengh nute dose since its been 7 Days since last nute dose hoping to see as much growth as I did the last nute cycle.

Day 16

Temp: 73F
RH: 48%

Girls aren't showing as much of a growth spurt as they did the last time they got nutes. I'm wondering if next nute cycle would be too early to go full or three quarter strength nutes. Still no extra stretch and i'm definitely noticing small changes in all the girls. Hopefully two more lights will help the growth speed up.

So you're doing good. But might I suggest bringing the humidity up. Allot. (At this point of the game for you anyways) You need to be around 65%-75% humidity when these beautiful little creatures are young. They need that humidity to help establish a good & vigorous root system. As they age you bring the humidity down. at 6 to 8 weeks right before you flip (assumingthat's when you flip) the RH should be around 50%-55% then when hit with 12/12 bring it down 3% a week.. Towards the last few weeks of the plants life, (little tip her for ya ;) ) you want to get the humidity as low as you can. 10% is prime. This will help the plant to produce some serious resin glands (the size of grapes if done right) and ripen faster. Also help give her a nice color pattern. Beside that everything look good. :thumb:

Day 21
Temp:75F
RH: 77%

All is going well still. The big afghan has pushed out it's first set of 5 leaves finally! The roots have really been pushing out growth really fast. The stems are really starting to thicken a lot and the stretch is very minimal. Tomorrow will be first round of full strength nutes and I have more lights on the way so hoping to see some major growth soon!

I believe that my big afghan has encountered some Nitrogen Def. none of the other plants are having any symptoms and this was the last day before going to full strength nutes. I went ahead and added in the full strength nutes according to schedule hopefully this solves the symptoms. Btw no new growth on the plants are showing symptoms.

Okay everyone, It is now day 25 and I hope I have just completed my first successful topping!

Temp: 75
RH: 50%

The big afghan was topped today right after node 5. The french touch was also topped after node 4. The smaller afghan has really put up a fight over the last 4 days to catch up with the others, she's a lot bigger now. The bubbas gift is sort of chilling down low, she hasn't put much vertical stretch as the others, but she's stretched horizontally for sure. Lots of under growth starting to show between the nodes on big afghan and French touch.

Day 28 Into grow
Temp: 73
RH: 49%

All is very well! No concerns except I kinda feel like my plants are behind schedule as compared to other journals It could be fine though I know everyone starts their Day 1 at different times, I started day 1 as germination for some context. The new chutes where I topped are peeking out rather quickly and my first set of Seven leaves are massive. The nutes have gone way up from last week and I have multiplied my lighting by Two so expecting lots of growth to come. Haven't topped the Bubbas Gift or the smaller afghan yet, they are getting pretty close though. Once again any feedback is awesome if anyone has any tips to get these girls growing faster sling them my way I hope i'm doing everything correctly! Thanks!

I felt the same way. My girls looked so little for a while then all of a sudden BOOM! They just exploded and started to grow in every direction. Be patient. I dont think youll be disappointed.

Hope all is well in your world.

Is this grow still alive?

We would love to be updated with some pictures and info.

How about posting a 420 Strain Review?

If you need any help with posting photos, please read our Photo Gallery Tutorial.

I am moving this to Abandoned Journals until we get updates.
