Broke one of my tops complete off. Trying to clone it to save it at least. Now my mainline won't be complete. It will have 6tops and I'm sure the side with only 2 will grow bigger and faster but oh well. Maybe next time I won't be so rough with her bondage

Hopefully it takes off in growth. It already has since the break. Might be a candidate for Super cropping. Anyway did a flush. Switching to 8ml a gallon of flora nova bloom. I think the grow had too much nitrogen and some recommend flora nova bloom throughout the grow.

On the other hand my potatoes and sweet potatoes love the Nova grow. They're overtaking the back yard

Sorry guys yes checked yesterday is a dude. Not going for seeds with it don't have another plant at the moment.

The led is pretty strong I think. I have it about 3.5 feet above some tomato seedlings and I think it's still too close lol

Got a nice bit of extra cash in thinking of upgrading to a bigger led and keep the small one for seedlings.
What do you guys think for a 3x3x5 mylar tent. I was either thinking Mars 700 or the 192w reflector from top led

Either LED light panel would work for you, I would check the minimum recommended distance to the LED panel for the Mars II LED panel.

If you get the 192x3w, make sure you have a way to vent hot exhaust out your grow space in veg. in flower, most of the time I just run with bloom switch on, that's a 5 degree min temp difference. You will be told to run both switches on in flower, I don't. I have 3 different companies led lights and only the all white light alien one turns on fans for both switches.

This is what I do. Do what you want with your lights. Remember, I said this is what I do!

Well I started another seed. Spent 10 bucks on hydroton and air lines and a net pot. Another few bucks on an air pump and I'm trying this bubble bucket gizmo.

Finding it easier to keep ph in check so far. Easy to take a sample and test the res. I think this is about 8 days from breaking through the perlite it germinated in to this point.

Had the led way too close for a day but now I'm at 18" and the plant seems happy.

If this goes well I'm ordering some fem seeds. Would have loved if my last plant was a girl.

Well it's been 3 days or so. Just gave her some fresh water with her first dose of nutrients.

8l of water with about 4ml of flora nova bloom and 5ml call mag and 1ml floraluscious plus. Had to add half a bottle of spring water to bring the ph to 5.7 which I'm comfortable with as it has been gradually climbing a couple of points a day.

Not much in terms of upward growth but the roots have portrayed the net pot in several areas.

Kind of slow growth don't you think?

Ph rises from 5.8 to 6.3 pretty much every day. Not much water was used from the res though. Does this mean my baby wants a higher dosage of nutes? Hard to tell without a ppm meter I guess.

You will have to first defeat the calcium buffer in the water before your pH will remain mostly stable, rising pH can mean your plant is drinking more nutrients then water and your nutrients can be slightly increased.

Thanks for the information. Couple more days growth things are looking up.

Love the node spacing with the leds and the growth is looking quite healthy.

Tap root has almost hit bottom of the bucket.

Thanks for the likes. Here's a couple of pics from the past few days.

Seems like I can get everything more dialed in with the bubbler bucket vs the hempy bucket. I don't think I can see any signs of deficiencies with this plant but I'll let the more experienced eye be the judge.

Currently still on quarter strength nutes, may up it today but I think I'm good for another week in this mix.

Anyway some topled veg eyecandy. 80w of led is ddfinitely competing with the 100 watts of cfl if not beating it. And the temps were higher with the cfls and they were much closer to the plant.
