First outdoor grow in smart pots

I've been lurking and reading for a long time. My kids are finally old enough to understand what I'm doing is legal and medicine. I'm very excited to undertake my first outdoor grow in 5 gallon smart pots. I live in city limits, have no garage and only a small yard. Thankfully the yard gets great light, but my dirt is all bound up clay, thus the smart pots above ground.

I’m no where near Cali, I’m Canadian eh! Lol

You say you have a small back yard, is it quite visible from outside your yard? Could theft be a possible problem in the future? What could we do to help that... ahh I know! Put up a live feed and we’ll watch when your not home, then bark at people when they come into your yard! You know, that might not work, hmm brainstorm! Haha
