Hey everyone I’m just curious if I should be cutting down by now or not. I thought I had more time and my loupe is still in the mail I’m roughly week 8 or 9 currently here is a picture of my auto flower
First time growing am I ready for harvest?

By looking at the pistils you have awhile yet, more accurate to look at the trichs thru a loop though so hopefully you get that in the next week or so.

alright thanks! Getting nervous as things wind down. I don’t want to mess up now it suppose to be here next week so I can take a better look. Just don’t want to find out then I waited too long.
There is a wider window than that, as it doesn't go from perfect to complete junk in 3 days
or even a week for that matter 
. If you go too long you might lose a small amount of potency, but if you go way too early you lose both potency and larger flowers (quantity) as they put on the bulk of their weight the last week or two. Can't be as accurate based on the pistils as some strains don't turn all of them orange and they stay out straight like that, but most don't, so my guess is you have 10-14 days to go still easily and maybe slightly longer (we shall see how close I was after next week )

I’m not growing In a tent just open air in my basement I thought maybe my light was getting too close as I had a lot of stretch happening at one point. So close to the finish line now I even think my other plant that’s almost done is trying to do this. What could I do too stop it?

You are positive of this? What strain/breeder? I have never seen an autoflower reveg like that... that’s a photoperiod trait right there.... I have a plant I saved for a friend that’s doing that right now.... is your lights/timer on 12/12 or?

Crop king seeds northern lights I believe. I had lots of ups and downs with my first grow so far. It was making big buds with lots of white pistils but now it’s started doing that.

Did your pack say “auto” on it?
Do you have your lights on a timer? If so, what time period?
Growing is lots of fun, but it can be frustrating at times! I killed far too many plants when I started up years ago! Just don’t get discouraged, everything is a learning experience, next plants will be better and you’ll make great friends!

Looks to me like you’ve got a photoperiod plant.... now I’m not sure exactly the best route for you to go from here... you can put the timer on 12/12 and it “should” continue flowering... but it could also stall out for a week or so before it does anything.
Wait to hear what Chris has to say, he has more experience than I , but id say 12/12 on your timer should get them flowering again.

Did you ever set the timer to 12/12? Or did they flower on their own under 18/6?
If you’re seeing the same thing on your other plant I’d switch the timer to 12/12 to try and keep it from revegging any further
