So this is unfortunate because yes. The day I was hanging it I took pictures and sent in email to Vivosun. That was Thursday night. Still haven’t heard anything.

I can understand the weekend thing. But if I don’t here from them by Monday afternoon I will be very disappointed.

On the flip side the plant is happy and moving along.

@Bill284 @LKABudMan I’m also having an issue with my recipes. I set my own thing up with the lights and fans. I put the light on 85% on veg spectrum setting. Save the settings. Go back in and it’s switched to the seedling spectrum. Was this problem experienced at all?

I didn't have any issues whatsoever with mine.
Everything worked great.
Infact too good.
But that's another story.
