update 4/3: ok so i just decided to begin flushing for impending harvest of all the frigging hermified plants. figured i do it so i can scrub down the room so i can get the 4 clones ive been veggin. makes me sick to my stomach but figure ill smoke some and make some edibles. will germinate some of these seeds and hope to go and purchase some real deal fem seeds from somewhere. (recommendations pls that will ship to nyc).

update 4/5: did full flush in the tub so this is the 2nd straight feeding w/just water and no nutes. so how much longer do i do this for? 2 weeks? and do i wait until the soil is completely dry before full flush again? so figure flush apprx every 3-4 days so really only 3-4 more times until i leave them in complete darkness for a couple days straight, then cut down and hang?

update 4/15 : ok so just cut them down and hung up in the dark. 48hrs in complete darkness correct? i know these will have a ton of seeds but would still like to go through the process for the experience.

also got a bunch of seeds (thousands) from the few buds i took off and smoked (i dont have any proper bud to smoke)

so i threw a bunch in a cup and they rooted...so i planted a gang the other day.

so here we go again....will probably start another journal on the clones that i have vegging now.

UPDATE 4/19:

Ok guys, think we're about to get to the final updates on my very first HERMIFIED grow. it was great fun and really thought i had it up until the very end when i wasnt able to identify when they were turning. so it goes.....im thinking maybe i let it grow out way to long considering i switched it to 12/12 back on 1/29 (germinated from seed and veggin since 11/24).

i ended up smoking A LOT of fresh bud which btw taste like shit (but is also y i already have thousands of seed which ive already germinated and replanted as u see in above posts) my normal meds guy is no longer around and i just dont have another connection which is really sad.

i dont have a scale so not sure of weight but here's what i have left over curing in the jars...FULL OF FRIGGIN SEEDSSSS!!!!

question is if i wanna just make some butter, would i need to take out all of the seeds of can i cook them into the butter or coconut oil?

Congrats on the harvest. Seeds and all.

Cooking with seeds in the nugs shouldn't be a problem, they might even make your butter/oil a bit healthier. Seeds are super healthy from what I hear.
If you're into cooking and you're not going to plant the seeds, you could save them and use them in the kitchen. I know people make flour and oil from them.

thanks...even though it switched on me, im still quite happy and glad i went on this adventure. and my wife just got a new bread machine so hmmm....haha
