LOL yea I took the grate off to clean it and it never made it back on. I have backed into it a few times....i just hope i dont chop up one of the girls with it.

Pulled an AK47 male today...this is only day 3 of bloom ???
Well over half are confirmed female as well. Only one or two not showing.
Looks like I will have plenty of lower branches for clones...so mayne no LST
for the AK's.

What's the male to female ratio on the AK in your garden? You said half so is that 50/50?

Looks brown in this pic but they are pink
Some revegging clones...they will be moms someday
Pistol color is a little better in this shot
Check out that purple stem....pretty sure it is NOT a nute problem

I will fill up the empty spots from the males with bag seed clones.
I will take all of the lower branches on the ak girls this week for clones.
I will keep the first male that showed and destroy the rest.
I will send an AK mom and dad clone to the sex box once a mum is picked.

I like your method of selection, quick and simple. Hehe
Though this method may not provide you with the best male. If you have the time grow them all out a bit longer to see which among the males are the one that stands out most. The best males may not come up fast enough, it's not how it starts but how it finish. It's up to you man, I'm in the breeding experimentation and finds that its a number game. The more plants you have available the higher the odds of having a winner. Best of luck!

Took 24 clones from the AK's girls and a few from the male.
As soon as they root one of each will goto the sex box and make seeds a la naturale.
The AK's are real stretchy might have to tie them up.
I will try to get pics at lights out.

Not much to report. Just plumping up some buds.
Everything under the old light is stemmy as hell.
They may not know it yet but they are done streching
because we are out of headroom. The next one that pokes its
head up is going to get its neck snapped.

Dont tell Docbud, but I ran drip lines to all the hempy holes under the HPS.
I turned on the pump and walked away for an hour. When I came back all the buckets were heavy and very little run off.
RainDrip is the stuff they carry at my hydro store...cheap and easy to set up I spent about an hour doing that table. Going back today to get more to do the rest of the tables.
I love hempy, but not as much as I do my free time. Once done I should be able to set the pump timer to run 1/2 hr everyday and be able to walk away from the garden for a few days at a time.
Got at least 2 hermies in the bag seed girls...way to late... they have done their thing. Should be lots of fem seeds on that table now...always a bright side.
A few are starting to fade....so chop time will be soon.

I pinched a few fan leaves on the "shiny" bagseed plants today and noticed the stems are brittle..very strange...a crisp snap sound when you bend one...never seen that before going to have to google up on that.
