Kanno 26: Soil, RQS, Bubble Kush, Feminized, 2nd Journal

Hi all fellow growers, today I transplanted the last girl into a 15 liter pot and have already transferred them all to the big tent. My zeus is on 50% and we'll see how the girls like it. They all have enough space around them and I'm curious how I'll manage to fill them ;). And you can already see the difference between Bubble Kush one is in a SIP and the other is in a 15 liter fabric pot and the difference is obvious what do you think @Azimuth? Today they all got 1 liter of dressing and SIP got 2 liters. And this one looks like it.

Thank you all for stopping by and I wanted to thank you all for helping me grow my crops to a successful harvest all year and I hope next year will be even better than this year. Thanks to everyone and good luck and most of all happy new year 2023 friends. Enjoy the transition into the new year. 🖖 :snowboating:🍻🍾

Looking good, Kanno! :thumb:

One advantage the SIP has over the other pots is there's no dry cycle for growth to slow like it will for the others, and I'd expect that to become more apparent as the grow progresses.

Another advantage that a SIP usually has is more air to the roots, but not in your case as the other containers also provide more air than a typical plastic pot. But so far at least, the SIP pot plant is holding up well to the competition. GO SIP!

Awesome. I like the plant in the AirPot!

Hello fellow growers. I would like to show you my SIP bucket with my Bubble Kush and today I put 2.5 liters of water in the tank and I think it looks good.
IMG_20230104_190915.jpg

And for comparison, I put the second Bubble Kush in a fabric pot and I think the difference can already be seen.
IMG_20230104_190929.jpg

I just have a question, what should I be PH in SIP? Like in the substrate in which there is 6.3 or something else? Thanks for the reply.

I ph my buckets (not exactly a SIP but the ph should be the same) to 5.8 down to even 5.5. That I learned of @Rexer. As the plant eats nutes from the water the Ph is going to rise. So by ph-ing a little below 5.8 (this is the ultimate target) and letting it come up you can buy yourself a few extra days before you have to change the water. Not sure my experience is applicable to your question but I *think* it is. Please confirm with someone else.

Hello all growers, today I have another update of my two strains Bubble Kush and white widow XXL today I trimmed the undercarriage and removed a bit of unnecessary branches also the girls got 1.5 liters of watering each and with SIP I put 3 liters of Calmag with adjusted ph in the tank on 5.8. The next thing I did was drop my zeus to 75% and this is how it looks today.

The first 4 photos are two Bubble Kush.

Good morning Kano garden looks great .:welldone:
Girls are really healthy and growing well. :thumb:
Just wanted to mention about your air pot.
Here is a pictorial on how to assemble air pots.

The holes go to the bottom for next time.
Put in zip ties too, it's all there.
