I've read over Doc's journal and have yet to see how to get his kit. I know I only grow in aquaponics right now but we might move over to soil at some point and wouldn't mind trying it out. Is it considered organic do you know?

Pm him, I didn't have enough posts so I asked him to pm me in his thread. Cost I believe is $85, but in pretty sure he can hook you up with larger orders and adjust pricing. Make sure to read his in the lab thread as well as the q&a.

Just Pm him or throw a message in one of his threads, he's pretty quick about answering both.
They are still in "beta" testing if you will. But yeah bro, its easy and the results are repeatable, buy even gardeners with limited experience. Funny how nature works when we let her.
If you are to switch to soil, for sure at least talk to Doc. I love the no bugs factor. I had a guy tell me "soil sucks there's always bugs" I just smiled and said "oh okay". Meanwhile I have seen one fly up there in the whole time I have run it. It went no where near my plants.
Soil is just a battery, right? The kit, plays on the current bro, that's all. You'd probably enjoy it just for that factor alone
Organic.. yes and no (please dont hold me to this) I don't believe, that calcium nitrate, is on the "organic" list, its something like that (bombs kinda ruined that product). Doc has the for sure answer and I am sure he will chime in.
I've had nothing but fantastic results. Like a lot of other people.

Day 41~ Man 41, 41 days of 12/12 ONE WEEK under these lights and they're really blowing this plant up!!!!
I gave her a little bit of roots topdressing(I think I was a little bit light handed the last time, it is a 20gl pot) and some transplant water, tea and energy. I am going to get in to here some more today and clean her up some more. She has a lot of leaf on her that can go now. It has been proven that removing the leaf lowers the brix. I'm cool with that. I am after a big yield, hence the 20gl pot and a 5 month + veg I am after a massive yield of HB meds for myself.
Other people's meds around here just don't cut the mustard for me. Besides I prefer edibles and I won't make butter with unwashed bud. I really don't want to eat whatever was flying around in someones grow room, blah. I don't think anyone would want fluffy's hair floating in their butter. I have cats. I see the hairs. I wash the buds. There's a thread dedicated to it. Doc came up with it (he is a Dr. ya know) and you'd never have such a smooth smoke. No joke. When the time comes, I'll show the process. Not even time consuming and completely worth its time. If you're about to harvest go have a look at that thread. The thread wasn't started by doc, just search "bud washing". As a chef, I wash your food before I serve it to you....

It covers half of that plant hard 10'ish inches from the highest tops. If you get what I am saying. I'll play around with the configuration in my tent once this plant finishes. But for that sized area you mentioned bro, you'd be reallllllly happy. I've seen you around. Sometimes just don't have anything to add, its a fun read and move on. It's cool bro. (I do it all the time) I am happy to help.
We could see how one does on the next one to veg for 2 weeks. But honestly that really wouldnt be fair to my plant. I need to shape her for the foot print of both. So we'll see what 2 do on her on veg then bloom. I think we'll all be pretty happy with the results. I was just cleaning the inside out of the suckers that I probably should have taken at 21 days. But the penetration is really good. I didn't have to take as much as I thought I was when I left it there. Some of its nice and frosty too. I'll dry it and make some butter, waste not want not
As much as I would love to refer you to one of my older threads, one of them is just a ton of pages. I would start here. Take what you can out of it to make it work in your area. Just remember everyone's environment is different, so learn what you can to apply it to your grow. Also what helps is go through some current journals that are similar to your style or method. It helps tons. Keeps from getting things crazy mixed up. Hydro and Soil have different rules.
