Have a look on royal queen seeds all the info should be on there with me being in the uk it may be different from where you live but I have had them no problem

As many watts as possible not to important when it's a seedling but during veg you need the right spectrum and maybe about 50 watts per sqaure foot

So do you suggest I buy a 50 watt cfl bulb also? The cfl I have now is only giving 17 watts

Entirely up to you pal and what your budget can handle i started of with about 50 watts and worked up as my budget got bigger and 6 months later I'm on a 600w dual spec hps

Put something under your pot for now pal get them closer to them cfl it will stop the stretching as much and keep her short and bushy
