Afghani, Green Crack, Train Wreck, possibly a pure Kush if the clones catch and I get 2 Afghani males.

The Afghani and Green Crack are Crop King, Train Wreck is Green house. I dropped three cuttings in water from my current grow and one has good roots so I expect it will catch. My plan is to grow three good sized flux plants this time, which I think will fit better in my 2x4 tent than 4 medium sized plants. However the 2 Afghani are are regulars, so it is possible I might end up with two males or two females, so the final batch is kind of up in the air. I'm hoping for 1 male, 1 female. Then I'll breed some true Afghani and cross with the other two.

Part one of the long slow ride....topped the Green Crack and Afghanis today at the second node. They are 3 weeks old. The Trainwreck is only two weeks so not quite ready yet. I've included a pic of my veg box, basically just my T5 hanging underneath a narrow table. Also you can see the 3 cuttings I took from the Pure Kush from my previous run. I just stuck them in water, then into soil when roots started to show. Easy-peasy!

Other details, I'm running in soil thinned back a bit with Promix and vermiculite. Using the GH FloraNova series and these little ladies are about half strength right now. Depending on how the two sets of branches develop I will either cut back to the strongest pair and flux, or if all 4 are nice and even I'll train them all out flux-style.

Ya know, the first time I did clones it seemed like so much work I stopped. But this way was so easy I'm going to keep doing it for sure. Scrape the bottom a bit, 10 days in water, then into some soil.

I like the idea of have a mother plant to take clones from. I would love to be able to be setup to where having multiple tent - veg, flower, etc. I feel like taking clones makes things easier to do a SOG or SCROG and even faster turn around

Subbed for the ride. Looking good, I have some Cropking Green Crack going right now also. They are about 9-10 days old from seed and are starting to take off pretty good. Im pretty excited to see how they turn out. I have some Super Silver Haze and Crown Royale from Cropking going right now also.

Cool! It'll be interesting to see how the phenos compare. One of my 2 Afghanis has super fat leaves. Hoping that's the male. Welcome! Just posting some trich porn on my other thread....
