Just got two new TSW 2000's. Both have four pairs of red diodes that are not as bright as the others. Is this right or defective diodes.

Infrared diodes, they dimmer that the red light diodes on most LED grow lights today.

Yeah totally normal as others said. Lots of lights have deep red diodes which are the bright red ones as well as a few far red/IR which are the dimmer looking ones.
