Hi everyone. My 1st journal In years. This will be a sweet valley kush grow using rdwc.
Heres what Im using:
1 - 12 Gallon reservoir
6 - 5 gallon Home Depot buckets wrapped in black bags to help prevent algae growth
1 - 200w 3500K cob grow light with Meanwell driver for veg/flower
1 - 240w 3500k w/660nm red quantum board with Meanwell drive veg/flower
1- 6 port water manifold
1- 6 port air pump
1 - 420 gph submersible pump
6 - sweet valley kush clones
Tap water
Wild Thing A, B & M nutrients ( Produced locally )
Cal/Mag
Big Bud for weeks 2 - 5 of flower
Humidity 47%
Water Temp 20.8 C
Air Temp 23.3 C
ppm 400
ph 5.6
Just did slight defoliation on the leaves that were damaged from the cloning process. I picked up the 6 clones off of a friend who decided he couldn't grow and needed to get rid of them before they died. When I 1st brought them home they were in bad shape but they are doing well now. Keeping the ph between 5.5 and 5.9 and the humidity between 45% and 60% for now. I leave these ladies to veg for another month or so then Ill flip to flower. Ill be topping next week and might try tying down this time around. Roots are looking good and the water has no algae growth so far. Ill be doing regular updates until the end of harvest. If you have any input or questions feel free to post.
