just take them like a pill , more potent and lasts 3 times longer , simple to do mate , just buy organic coconut oil, some gelatin capsules you want them to be sixe 00 , loads of videos on youtube , works a treat

not sure but i think you have to start to spray when they first flower , not 100 percent sure but it rings a bell

Lol I know yeah I always buy it myself,I'm lazy.It's kind of expensive for the amount you get though ey? That higher natures £32 for a 200ml bottle. Doing all the home brewing that you do I thought you might have had a go. Im going to do it at some point I reckon. Its only silver rods, distilled water a 9v and a couple of crocodile clips.
