Well I didn't say what she was gonna' do after that!
There's a theory that if a plant can't get good food early on, then does it can set up a system in itself of super growth! I don't know much about it but @Keffka might.
Well, since you asked…Chocodope and Kalashnikov are doing great. Two of my best seed responses of late. Choco came up strong after one day in the soil and the Kalash was up in two.
Kalashnikov, 4 days old.
Chocodope, 5 days old. Now here’s one last thing…. @Grand Daddy Black said that the little Northern Lights auto might grow out of her tiny ugliness and she did, but what the hell is going on with her???
I can’t even explain well what I’m seeing. It’s like she has two heads or something. She is 15 days old today. Any thoughts on this craziness?

Good morning and happy Saturday! I went downstairs this morning with the intent of changing out the cords on Skywalker’s sip stand and the light was out…. 
I checked the timer and the outlets and, unfortunately my beautiful 4’ Mars Hydro light has stopped working. 
Not sure why, but it required a redo of the lighting system that I hadn’t planned on. Fortunately I had a couple of extra lights. I’m bummed about that and need to do some research online to see if there is a simple fix for it, as it’s only ~4 years old. Anyway, it gave me the opportunity to add more bamboo, tie up some floppy colas and take some pics.
She has some yellowing fans, not sure why, but I’m not gonna worry about it.
She is getting fat and starting to get foxtails. Her cola leaves are starting to get a layer of frost on them too.
That’s it for me today. I hope everyone has a nice weekend and your gardens are green!

The first 30 days on my auto grows I do use a NextLight 150 so that hopefully adds a little life to the Mars light. I really like that Mars. It’s perfect in the 2x4 which is all I use. I’ll try to pay attention here to catch the outcome of that dead Mars.

Yeah. I'm bummed about it. It was given to me for a sponsored grow by Mars Hydro. Maybe I should reach out to the rep here? I did a little trouble shooting on it with no luck. I've looked online and seems like maybe one of the drivers shorted or something. I'm not sure I'm comfortable trying to replace them. I love that light.That I sure didn’t want to hear. You shouldn't go where your comfort says no Boo. But if Mars has a driver for you I think we can get the old one out and new in together.

some detailed instructions with the driver, too..

.)Drivers are pretty easy to replace, like Stone said, we can help you get it done...I love that light.

Hi everybody! Not a plant update today but I do have a small one about the @Mars Hydro light! I sent a note to Mars Hydro and got a response asking for pictures, which I sent to them. Got a response this morning saying that the engineers think it’s the driver and that they have a replacement driver but it doesn’t have the “bracket” since the brackets are on back order up to 4 months. BUT the guy said that the driver can be used without the bracket and that they would ship me a new driver if I paid $20 for the shipping. Hell yeah! Soooo, I am waiting to hear back as to how to pay them the shipping and hopefully there will be directions either with it or online. So far, a good news story!

to @Mars Hydro for coming through! Not sure what model that is but I disconnected the driver on my SP250 years ago and now it just hangs above the light in the tent. The voltage adjustment dimmer screw is on the bottom and I use that all the time.

Hi everybody! I hope all the mothers out there had a lovely day yesterday! I was up way too early this morning and decided to make an update on the tent ladies. Let’s start with the autoflowers. This is the Strawberry Gorilla. She has been a very quiet gal to grow. No fuss, no muss. She took to the sip stand well and, well, that’s it. Easy grow so far.
This is the freak show Northern Lights that grew out of her freakiness and is doing just fine. I think she is getting close to flower - and I did not top her, she didn’t need me too!
Now for Skywalker OG Kush…. This lady has slowed drastically in her nutrient intake. Since Thursday of last week (the same day that my daughter graduated with her Masters in Psychology!!) she has not needed her sip stand to be filled. Today I added 1/2 gallon to it. She looks done to me but she’s only been in flower for barely 6 weeks. Her trichomes are all cloudy (with a little amber) and she is getting more foxtailed by the day. I’m going to leave her for a week or so but I honestly think I could take her down today and have no regrets. Tell me what you think!

Strawberry Gorilla is one of those nothing-but-flowers plants and the self-topped NL will still be interesting to watch in flower with those two tops. And the SOGK...anytime indeed!
