Chef's Perpetual Spot Featuring Viparspectra

Digging the frost rails on the BCP for sure!
I’ve never failed with the colloidal silver, and I’ve only had one failure to get viable pollen. That run I had to go out of town unexpectedly and I couldn’t tend the plant at the most crucial moment of pollen production.
So I feel pretty good about it. I know the concentration of CS I’ve got in my bottle has been successful in creating pollen sacs, so I’m feeling confident.
I probably never would have gone down the STS route if beez hadn't been unable to get the Candida to flip with CS. I would have bought the same CS he uses (50ppm?) and followed his instructions to a T. But I figured if an old hand at it like him couldn't do it then a newbie like me should go a different route. And now that I have the STS I figured I'll give it another go with the Sour G's and hope for the best. Chris seems to have lots of success with it, so there's that.
her canopy is perfectly flat…. For now
LOL for now!
I’ll be gone for a week starting Saturday. Im going out of the country for some medical reasons, hopefully everything is good and I come back better than ever.
:goodluck: and we await your return, built back better!

Yeah she’s only around day 31-32! Another 30 days and she should be a big gooey crystalline mess. Gonna be a very quick trim job at any rate!

STS definitely has its benefits, like you only have to do a few applications right? Once a week or something like that? I don’t really remember.. I just didn’t go that route cause when I first tried my hand at a reversal and I was looking into potential options the STS had some extra lead-in steps that I didn’t want to do wrong and end up shooting myself in the foot from jump street. Big down side to the CS is the twice daily applications for.. typically 30 days o_O
LOL for now!
I don’t why these damn cannabis plants always have two or three tops that shoot way up and leave everything else behind, even when they start flat and even.
:goodluck: and we await your return, built back better!
Thanks Shed. It’s going to be a week of rest and relaxation.. oh and incredible food at dirt cheap prices. Would be amazing to come back with my digestion problems absolutely sorted.. the medical system in the US has made me jaded… still, I’m trying to be optimistic.

It would be fantastic to be sorted and back to good health completely… it’s been so long I can’t even imagine what it would be like. Maybe I wouldn’t need to consume cannabis anymore

Wow we’re pretty far behind here…

I flipped another bag girl before I left cause she was just too large to veg for an extra week.

Here she was before her transplant, she’s 3 feet off the soil right there, topped once.

She went 12/12 for a week, then i tied her down (when I came back from my trip). Here’s how she looks now. She’s a freaking monster.

Here you have bag girl number one, being reversed. Looks like it should be successful. She’s flowering a bit faster than her sister.

Last but certainly not least, the Black Cherry punch Neikodog cut. Today is day 42, last day of week 6. Seed finder says this girl goes 60-70 days, but I’m thinking even 60 is pushing it. I’ll keep an eye on trichomes. She’s gone solid black since I left for my trip!

That’s all for now. All of my medical procedures went very well and im happy to report I have a clean bill of health. I just need to work on my diet and my eating schedule.
:peace:

Alright guys,

Im done jumping around. I really enjoyed the time when I was just showing everything in one place and being able to go at my pace cause I’ve always got something new coming up. So that’s what I’m doing here. This will be my forever home.

I’ve got a run coming up that’s exciting. I’m growing a handful of bag seed! I’m pretty sure they’re regs so we’ll see who’s who soon enough. Loved the buds these came from, so we’ll see what we get.

I’ve also popped two Black Lebanon seeds from Super Sativa Seed Club. They’re exclusive testers available to a few people before they’re dropped, so that’s super exciting. They’ve both put out strong tails and should shake off their helmets in the next day.

I’ve also got a number of clones I’m keeping alive and running. I received some F1 clones of Black Cherry Punch. The bcp i grew before was an S1 and very nice, so I’m interested to see what a clone of the mother is like. I actually just flipped a one in with GSCs. She’s small and in a 3 gallon pot, but I just transplanted her so she should stay happen through flower without getting too root bound.

Besides that I’ve got three cookies n chem clones, and another BCP. I’ve taken cuttings from both of those as well, so that’ll be the random clones you see around. The two big sad looking clones are a BCp and two CnC clones in the same cup. I’ll probably flip one more BCp and only one CnC.

Last but not least, I’m here to show off the XS4000 I got from the voucher giveaway! The nice people at @ViparSpectra hooked me up and gave me a code to get an xs4000 for only $30!!(including my voucher) so I’m here to show what kind of flowers can be grown with their excellent technology. I’ll have photos of that when I unbox the panel and hang it.

Well, that’s pretty much it. You guys have seen my gsc comparison plants that are nearly done. After that it’ll be onward and upward! And I’ll be playing with some interesting genetics too..

@InTheShed
@beez0404
@StoneOtter
@Grand Daddy Black

Anyone and everyone is welcome. Come ask questions or just hang out.
:lot-o-toke:
Chef…I’m in, thanks for the breadcrumbs. I will catch up soon. Cheers

Hey gang,

Sorry for the silence, but I’ve got some fun news. I fell my Black Cherry Punch this morning. It was day 52 and she already had a good smattering of amber with no or very little clear trichomes.. so I went for it. The breeder page and every other resource I’ve seen says 65-72 days, but I just didn’t see that happening at all. Her water intake had slowed dramatically, all of her leaves had turned and she stopped putting out white pistils. That coupled with the trichomes made me decide to call it. Here are some photos.

Really stoked on this cultivar. For the bag appeal and turn around time she can’t be beaten. It will definitely come down to effects and aromas/flavors after a good cure. Also the buds are rock hard and there’s not any larf to be found. I’d credit @ViparSpectra with a lot of these results. Their xs4000 is extremely bright and so efficient it runs very cool. ViparSpectra makes it absurdly easy to get professional level results and their panels are a great value for their low prices. I’m over the moon with my new Viparspectra setup, and I know I won’t be changing for a long long time to come.

Now there are only two bushes in my flower tent but that’s going to change tonight. I’m going to have to get the twisted helix under control and flip her Into the big tent. She’s very much gotten away from me. :peace:

Congrats on the harvest Chef! Love the black leaves and everyone is going to love that frost. :)

One maypole down, and maybe another one starts tonight!
Yeah bag seed 3 and 4 going in tonight. Also gonna up can the Black Lebanons. I’m also going to take some CnC cuttings and BCp cuttings to go in after bag seed 1 and 2 come down. They’ve just reached the end of week 4 today.

Thanks Cr8! As that’s the only plant drying in the closet it’s gone fairly quickly. I’ll be jarring it up tomorrow.
