First time grower

I have 2 clones im trying to find out what lights are best florescent or led white and how long a day should i keep the light on them during veg stage?

You can spend a week with reading different opinions and deciding the type and intensity lighting that works for you and your growing area. A lamp bulb will keep it alive. Better lighting will advance from simply living to flourishing.
You can flower it now or veg till you get the desired shape and size.
I think as long as it gets more than 12 hours light it will stay in veg. For no particular reason I'm doing 19 on and 5 off

a cfl will do you through veg and flowering low cost to run.
to keep her in veg lights should be 18/6 and then to flower her put the lights 12/12

Ok right now i have florescent 75 watt

that should be enough for now, id upgrade if you get chance, i was running a 125 cfl then upgraded to a 250w and what a difference but thats only my oppinion.

When do you think i should upgrade i just got 2 clones sunday ?there still in the lil red cups

i suppose you could upgrade when every you want, id say sooner the better but if money is an option then i think you will be okay for now
