Looks like it will be a solid fix Rooster! +Rep Points for @Mrs Growchy for doing the research and showing how well clonex works to mend breaks, great experiment. We will do this whenever we have a split or break from now on!
Should increase water uptake once it’s healed.

Beats the hell out of meals on wheels!! Though if you could figure out how to do both together, then you have a smokers dream!

Ive seen people do this on purpose. Or make a slit and push a lollipop stick through it, dont think Id go that extreme but yer the little split makes sense.

Yes, the stem splitting technique, best of used three to five days prior to harvest.

Splitting the main stem of a flowering female cannabis plant 7-10 days before harvest is the window that most growers favour. Inducing high levels of stress to force the plant to produce more resin and terpenes with a split is tricking Mother Nature. - google
