Hell I'm a 32 yr old country boy who needs help new to growing indoors

I bought 2 4ft shop lights that's 3200 lumen 150 watt equivalent can I grow with them and got a lil red, blue and purple light to throw in

I dont think they are strong enough to flower. You will need at least 600w for a 4x4 from my understanding and research. It will flower with 600w but not the greatest for a big area.

How many lumens does a plant need each

i will be growing 3 feminized seeds from a new strain i ordered. Can anyone tell me if a 150w hps and how much cfl lumens i will need i have both 6000k and 2700k for each stage and have y adapters and a 4 way bulb adapters for the drop lights to have 4 bulbs or more on each plant with the hps...

from a fellow country boy. Yea they'll work for a little bit. A windowsill works for the first week or two. It's not perfect but they can survive.

Dude yes you can! try it and see what you get man. This was 50 watts from a cheap ass led I bought used for like 40 bucks. Grew me 20 grams

Yeah not ideal honestly. For a4x4 space I would recommend either a ballast that'll drive both MH/HPS 600w and swapping when you switch from veg/bloom
Or else a 315w CMH or else an LED panel thatsaids 600+ eauivilant, something that's actually drawing around 350w
