I’d say it’s the quantum board and finger training. And great defoliation practice. I’m not so good at training them I just grow bushes. Well 98% of the time. Lol.

Here’s a few pics from today. Things are looking on point. The tangerine dream is slowing down on her drinking and the critical purple is just super thick And stinky. And the lsd25 man o man.

Thanks pennywise. It was definitely a different and more challenging grow this round. With the different light and starting different nutrients I’d say this was my hardest grow yet. And to my gnats issue. I’m going to boil all my Hydrotun replace all my airstones and I’m working on a project to close off the top of my buckets. To keep the humidity down and any invader bugs out.

What's with the gnats? It seems that in the last 2 months almost everyone has them . Do they move indoors when the weather changes?

them gnats suck. At least with soil or coco you could put a layer or de on there and kill them off pretty fast.

Not a clue about them dam gnats. I didn’t know I could even get them in dwc. The critical purple is full in the bucket. I haven’t fed her in 2 weeks. I don’t wanna open the bucket and get them everywhere. So I just dump from the top and close off there escape point with a wet cloth. Hoping to just end this grow soon. And start over fresh and clean. Hey that’s why I’m icemann420 I keep my plants frosty. Haha

Bobrown has a mantra that keeping a fan pointed at the top of the pot (bucket too I guess) is all you need. Once they hatch and come to the surface they never find their way back to lay eggs because they don't fly all that well.

With dwc they don’t have to make it out of the bucket. There is a 3 inch air gap at the root base So they just hang out down there doing there thing. Half are dead. Stuck to the roots.

From looking at the leaves I'd say it's over watered and suffering from the cold. Let it dry out a bit and see if you can bump the temps.
