Hi Jack, glad the light came successfully at last. I worried as well, and contact our service to contact shipping company, but it solves faster than we expect from your side. 
As to the distance: as the light is super strong, it will be better to hang above 30'' during seedling, and around 20~24 during veg, 12~16 during fliowering. I hope to send the PPFD data to you at different stages, but now the data from our techniqual department is wrong, the data is smaller than the real ones, not sure if the tester broken or something, so we are working on to test again.

What up fellas? I just recently received this light and I am impressed as well. I'll be watching this forum pretty close. I've got mine in a 5x5 tent currently working 9 plants 5 Red Lotus starts and 5 Fire OG with a runt stuck in its shell...lol. The 5 OG are feminized so I'm fairly confident I will at least have those. I'm a little concerned with my grow space...I understand that for a 4x4 this light will get the job done...but for my 5x5 space do you think this light and my 2 Sunraise 1000 would be adequate wattage. I think it will grade out at a true total of about 770 watts? Idk I'm starting to think that ultimately I might want to get a second ts3000? And take out the two cheapies and use them for cuttings and seedlings? HELP!!!!! LOL.
I'd go with the 2 TS 3000 in your 5x5 flower tent and put the others in your veg tent.

I agree with pw 4x4 max for this light two will do killer in a 5x5 but make shure u watch ur heat with 2

So clones doin well what ever don’t make it won’t do a reclone just running wut sticks I have a few kali mist n a lot of black dom next run will get way more interesting new straines this run is a trial error type of thing n to test my new flood table just tuning things only goin to get better I was thinking I was goin to switch my light to a low volt but I’m just goin to leave the ts up to c how fast we can get these clones to rock n roll

5x5 space if you already have one TS 3000, just add another SP 250 or TSL 2000 would be enough, no need to add another TS 3000.

Dont worry brother with every1 here an ur green thumb im sure it will get worked out an get up an running good for ya. An yea i had a ton of issues trying to get my rdwc up an going as well. An in the end i jus said f*×k it lol an did individual buckets. I jus got a big pump prolly bigger then i actually needed since at the time i was only doing like 4 plants or sumthn like that idk cant remember exactly lol. But then i got a seperat attachment that allows the one pump to be split for more buckets. An in the end worked out amazing an almost like rdwc except it wasnt so i still had to feed each bucket individually. But since i was running numerous strains like i do lol it really made feeding each plant more exact. An thus allowing me more control of how each plant got fed since some eat differently then others.
But yea guess what 2nite was for me? 2nite im starting up my HB auto run. Ill be doing 4 or 5 autos with docs highbrix kit. Ill be doing Rhino Ryder, Zkittles, NYC Diesel, an then last but definitely not least ill be doing a Bluedream all of these will be autos. And then depending how good i can get them and the yield. I might jus switch it up to all autos using docs kit. If this round turns out good like i want then my next auto purchase will be from mephisto genetics. They got some good lookn autos or maybe stop over by in house genetics. Altho idk if they have autos or not but i do know there gear is top notch for real. Major frost machines with those breeders beans lol.

No i never ended up doing rdwc i jus went with single buckets. But as for pics do u know how to search or find old pics faster then lookn threw all ur pics like when u go to post a pic in a thread u hit that lil black camera button an it brings up a list of ur pics well it takes so long cause i have shity internet connection that to scroll threw all the pics i never end up making it to the bottom of my list to all the way back 2my first year i started growing lmao. I gotta go feed the girls rite nw but ill keep scrolling dwn while i do an ill try an find u some pics lol.
Sweet man yea if she is taller an tons of side branching thats definitely the hindu kush showing threw. The black domina if i remember right which im pretty positive i am she had shorter bushes an not a ton of side branching but a decent amount. But the terps on her oh my very terpy lol. So yea man i hope she turns out gud 4 u brother. Ull have to keep me informed how she finishes up and how the buds/high is when she is done an cured.
Dude i tried ordering there free sample 500g and a small sweet candy am it wudnt except my dam card so have to wait till fukn morning call my bank an ask them WTF lol. But yea ur guna have to let me know how it works out for u? Did u emd up getting jus tht or did u get the camdy one as well or anything else?

Yea sry man ive not been fealing myself lately ive been working woth my docs lowering my meds an so ive been going threw slight withdrawal an fuk this sux tryn to work while feeling like shit lol. But yea bro i can throw u some quick pics of my L.A. S.A.G.E i jus harvested 2nite n dam she was stink and frosty as shizz lol. Shit if it wasnt for these plants i wudnt be doing half as gud at gettn off my meds as i am lol. They are a life saver for reals but yea ok here she is b4 amd after the trim.

And then here she is after a nice little hair cut but b4 i washed her. I like to leave some of the frosty little leaves on there for one to help slow down the drying so she dnt dry to fast since its so dry where i have to dry and cure them. An two cause i wana save that trim for concentrates or oil extraction or what have u lol.
Ok so holy shit man tht took fukn forever lmao. But here is a few shot of my black domina x outdoor and then finally found some budporn of one done indoor but here she is finally lmao. Oh i also threw in a few shots of my c4 and this sweet pistol joint i rolled an it actually smoked an everything it was sweet lol.
