Kushage - CFL - LST - First Time Ghetto Grow

Hey new member just got bored and figured id post my work. I constructed a REALLY ghetto growbox and planted a thseeds kushage fem seed and well here i am today. its growing under 2 5000k full spec bulbs on top and 8 14w softwhite bulbs surrounding. During veg i used fish emulsion and since day 5 of flower ive used mg bloom buster ( cheap but betetr than nothing) the last pics are of the recent problem ive been having , if you can help thatd be great. i also posted the problem pics in this forum. Flowering Day 33 Kushage, Help Identify Problem Please!

well here we go from seed to day 33 (today) of flower.

note: i flowered for 5 weeks.

unfortunately after this beautiful canopy picture, i adjusted my lst and an entire head was lost . wont make that mistake again, and i dont want to hear about it. thanks.

What strain is it? kushage thseeds
Is it Indica, Sativa or Hybrid? What percentages? hybrid
Is it in Veg or Flower stage? flower
If in Veg... For how long?
If in Flower stage... For how long? 34 days
Indoor or outdoor? in
Soil or Hydro? soil
If soil... what is in your mix? cheap top soil
If soil... What size pot? random garbage pot i found about 12" deep and 10 in wide
Size of light? 8 14 w soft whote 2 full spec 5000k
Is it aircooled? computer fan
Temp of Room/cab? approx 75
RH of Room/cab? unsure
PH of media or res? unsure
Any Pests ? found 3 gnats in the past few days, but no more
How often are you watering? approx every 5 days
Type and strength of ferts used? fish emuls during veg, mg bloom boost
