Hey Everyone,

You can call me Mz SirOz. I am a soon to be a 1st time grower (as soon as my shipment arrives)! I recently purchased some blue mystic and bubblelicious autos from Nirvana. I have done as much research as I can possibly do to make my 1st grow successful. I'm soooooo excited

I do have a couple of questions though for anyone who would like to help me.

My grow room is 2x2x56. I'm going to grow 3 plants in 3gallon fabric pots. I have (2) 225W LED full spectrum grow lights. Is this too much lighting?

I do know that autoflowers do not require much nutrients. So, this is my plan for feeding and please give me your input.

Starting in FFOF mix with 30% perlite. No nutrients(FF Big Bloom) until 3rd week or when signs of flowering appear. the first feeding will be 1/8 off recommendations. 4th week will be 1/4 FF recommendations and add cal/mag.1/4 of the FF recommendations will be given until trichomes begin show signs of amber then feeding will stop and only PH'd water.

There is such a thing as too much light, but at 56.25 watts per square foot you're not there and are good for veg and flowering. I'd advise to keep your lights high, maybe as high as two or three feet, above your fresh sprouts. Maybe even only use one until they are solidly into veg.

I do know that autoflowers do not require much nutrients. So, this is my plan for feeding and please give me your input.

Autoflowers tend not to use as much nutrients as photoperiod, but that's a generalization that will end up badly for you if you stick to it without paying attention to your girls. Mine are taking full strength DNF like they can't get enough, at 4 to 5 weeks from sprouting.

And make sure you have Calmag on hand.

Best advice I can give you is make 100% sure you know how to water them properly, including PH testing (VERY important), and most of all use your plan as a guideline only. Pay attention to what your girls are asking for regardless of what your original plan was.

The best way to know what your girls want? Start a grow journal and the good people of 420mag will be by to offer their experience, suggestions, and encouragement. Everyone here wants you to succeed.

Hi SirOz welcome to the 420 community

Artery gave you some great advice, in fact he was so thorough I really could not find anything to add to it.

If you want to learn more about autos, I would suggest you look into A-train and Mr Am4zin journals. Both are extremely educated on Auto strains.
