Watered with a compost tea + nutes I had been bubbling for a couple of days. I've been adding at least 1 cup of worm castings to every tea and things seem to be going well so far. The heavily defoliated plant seems to be packing on size a little quicker than the lightly defoliated one. Have to say, I'm impressed with these initial results. If things continue this way, I'll definitely be doing week 3 heavy defoliating from now on!

Tea was:

3gal- RO water
45ml- BioThrive Bloom
15ml- CalMag
12ml- BioMarine
7.5ml- BioBud
1cup- Worm Casting
1Tbs- Molasses

Ran 2 gallons of PH'd RO water through both plants today. Thought they might be due for a little flush. The right side had a runoff of roughly 1400 ppm and 7ph. The left side was at 2200 ppm so I ran another 3 gals through it to get it down to about 1500. Its PH was also 7. I have the lights at their closest distance of 15". I'm going to feed in another day or two with:

60ml- BioThrive Bloom
15ml- CalMag
13ml- BioMarine
7.5ml- BioBud
1Tbs- Molasses
1c- WC

Looks like they are taking off good. Next run try the so cup first till they get root bound and then transplant into a 3 to 5 gallon pot and they will get much bigger.. but looking good so far

Seems like they're pretty even in growth now. Heavy defoliating definitely hasn't effected the plant negatively in any obvious way. Doesn't seem to be any huge benefit to it either though. Think we'll have to wait until harvest to get a clear picture. I had a little bit of lockout on the one that I trimmed, I'm sure that slowed growth a bit. The results may have been much different if I had been able to avoid making mistakes.

Lock-out!! Damn! Flushed it with 6gals. PPMs were at about 1600, the flush dropped it to about 800. I'm going to try running half strength nutes for the rest of the grow. The right side plant doesn't seem to be having any issues with the nute level I'm at now, so that one will stay the same. I read recently that heavily trimmed plants take-up less nutes, so I'm sure that explains the differences between the two plants.

Thanks man! Hoping they make it! I've got some lockout right now with the left side plant, but the right one is doing great! I need to pick up a jewelers loop or a scope of some sort to keep an eye on those trichomes They're on week 7 of flower as of today

I watered the right side plant with 1.5gal of the tea as is, then I diluted the remaining tea with an extra 4gals of RO water, then watered the left plant.

Right side only, the left was still wet. 1gal plain RO water followed by 1gal that included nutes-
10ml- BioThrive Bloom
7.5ml- Calmag
2.5ml- Bio Bud
