To be honest man I have no idea what the ph out of my tap is and its what I always use. The entire point of having a good micro herd is so they do it for ya if not ya might as well grow in coco.

I'm growing in coco with organic amendments and making AACT teas! Using soil acidifier as my ph down top dressed! This living organic coco has been great! I looked into the bio tabs man that looks great! I want to get that and mix everything they offer into coco, just hard to get in the states.

I found this supporting member that is pretty similar to bio tabs for anyone in the states.

It's a kit you amend the soil with! It looks like you top dress with about 1 tbsp but the customer service rep suggested I amended my coco with 1/2 pound per gal of soil if I recall correctly. I assume it's because coco is starting at zero.


Looking forward to seeing how the bio tabs works for you! If it works well then forget all the amendments I've been adding. I'll use up what I have and go for this ready to use pack!

Fucking cool man. I'm loving it so far I transplanted what two days ago and growth hasn't stopped for even a second *_*
I need to top one actually Is on the 7th node and isn't even 3 weeks yet
I was talking with the shop today apparently I am going to win their photo contest again so another 18 seeds coming my way
I am going to be doing a journal here for you lovely people after my next grow. 9 autos in 3.5L pots in my 60x60 probably with a whole new bunch of toys and a nice come back. I should have a tent for here and a tent for there logs with a timelapse setup constantly running with a 1TB external hard drive So I may go quiet for a bit but I shall be back have no fear. Unless I win then I will of course start a new journal for a prize run or two
I wouldn't want a 120x120 though. I would put all the pro80s in a 100x100x160... but if I don't win I may just run a comparison with the 250hps that mars wants to compare this 400w too.

Looks like I'm gonna be goin to get a new light shortly. Probably will go get it tomorrow I'm getting a lumatek 250w hps with their dual bulb not sure on reflector as of yet but we shall see maybe northstar one or something. My little ones 3 out of 4 got topped one is really a small phenotype.

But i did get another 60cm x 60cm x 160cm tent, a 200m3/h intake fan which is now an extraction fan, 5 pineapple express(barney's), 3 peppermint kush(barney's), 2 black bomb (philosopher seeds) and got a new fancy rolling case with a bunch of compartment and crap. Oh and another clip fan. I need a light for veg right now i got the big fucky cfl in the tent and it is just to hot maybe I will win for the journal bit of the contest and I will have more lights than i know what to do with

Oh the top two are topped and so is the bottom right one. The bottom left one is gonna be a big single cola structure I will trim off the bottom nodes off her and the other one I am going to be starting a few more autos to try and do with that cfl for a quick run and I got lots of biobizz to use up as well. Maybe 2 of the Queen Seeds Amnesy Autos and 1 Devil cream the one i did before is fucked and coming out all twisty

I only used cfl for a couple of weeks then bought a cheap led, plants are looking awesome.

I'll try for one last run with the cfl I think the 3 will be ok. It will be a 4L fabric pot I wanna try out for the pineapple express, and maybe 2 x 5L pots for the Amnesys. I might just wait for a new light and get it with some credits I got coming

Okay first to start with happy new year to everyone.
The fine people at Mars are having a great contest called the Mars Hydro Cup 3. Prize lists and contest rules can be found on there thread as well as on the official site. please contact me for details on the mars hydro product line or on the contest I am more than willing to help with anything I possibly can. So a quick summary on the plants so far then another post for the pictures I got a lot of them in the month of their lives.
So for those who were following along in the other journal know my basic plan on it all which is a mainline that has kinda turned flux type of thing. I dunno at this point in training I am pretty much making it up as I go.

Both from queen seeds. My little fucky devil cream might go in the bin when the start twisting and bring all weird it never yields and I'd rather not waste the pot or space maybe she'll go outside. I gotta have a good long hard think on what light I want next

I have several of those Barney seeds as well.....the Peppermint Kush, and the Pineapple. Not sure where they are on my grow list though, someday though!!
