Topped twice/supercropped in a 5 gallon air pot​

FFOF soil
FF Nute Line including Grow Big//Big Bloom/Tiger Bloom/Open Sesame/Beasty Bloomz/ChaChing along with calmag/epsom/superthrive Earth Juice etc.
Distilled water​

I have a journal I been typing throughout the grow but I joined this site a short while ago and decided to share the flower cycle with you.

Well. Today 9-14 is the last day she will see 18/6! This is a young but very big girl. She first broke through soil on 8-14 so she is 1 month old to the day. Today on her last day of 18/6 she is standing 14.5 inches tall and 29 inches wide. She has plenty of tops at the canopy. I have learned soooo much with this girl because we had several fights through veg including me not knowing to cut FFOF with any added perlite so I soaked the soil and it caused not only ph problems but lockout along with other issues as well such as Mag deficiency (lockout). In rookie fashion I planted this girl in a 5 gallon air pot before she had 2 sets of leaves. I know, I know but we live and learn. I know that is my true cause of soggy compacted soil that made me have issues. The good news is that I learned enough quick enough that she still seems to have thrived BIG TIME!

Here she is today 30 days old from soil break enjoying her last day of 18/6...By the way, she's showing a few hairs....

She was in need of some food a few days ago but you can see all of the tops better!

Well, I had to flush her a few days ago. Shes now healthier than ever. I did some exfoliating on bottom new/small growth. I had not done much of that yet so I hit her pretty hard with it today. These pics are from yesterday before exfoliation.

I will get more pics up soon of the pistils that are showing up at future but sites. I fed her with the FF feeding schedule for 1st week of flower on the 1st day of her 12/12 which was 2 tsp Tiger Bloom +1TBS Big Bloom + 1/2 tsp Open Sesame . Shes been in 12/12 for 6 days including today. Shes been watered with some Calmag a few days ago so tomorrow or the next day she will get fed the same thing one more time.

It's an air pruning pot, Superoots makes some as well as others. Seem to be generally well liked.

Yes, its a 5 gallon Superoots air pot. I will be using the 7 gallon next time. The one pictured is the 5 gallon.

Well she's been doing really well as far as I can tell. I just fed her a few hours ago. Fed her the same as her first day of flower which was
1 gallon distilled with 2 tsp Tiger Bloom +1TBS Big Bloom + 1/2 tsp Open Sesame along with a pinch of epson.

I bubbled the water/nutes for a few hours and the ph read 6.1-6.2 at 870ppm before bubbling and 1110 after? I upped the ph just a little to 6.5 since my last water was a higher ph.

She's definitely filling out now. Here she is as of just a few hours ago. She looks a little darker green in person. The lighting threw off the pic a bit.

Looking at the pics today compared to the ones just above a week ago are night and day. You can barely see the 5 gallon air pot now.

There are a ton more tops on the other side of the plant that you cannot see in the last picture. You are basically seeing half of them! I'm not sure if it's good or bad to have quite so many tall tops but maybe you guys can weigh in on that. There are about 18-20 that will be up in open light. Whacha think?
Next week she gets
2 Tsp Grow Big + 2 tsp Tiger Bloom +1TBS Big Bloom + 1/4 tsp Beastie Bloom if everything stays smooth.

flowering will do that to a plant, they grow a super amount in the first 3 weeks. Shes a beast thats for sure, you should get a big harvest for just one plant.

The room she's in is 46 inches (1.16m) by 46 inches (1.16m) by 7 foot (2.13m). Makes me glad I didn't pop 2 beans at the same time lol. She hasn't gotten a lot taller yet but a little and shes filling out and widening that's for sure. Shes not 19 inches tall (482mm) and 33-34 inches (850mm) wide

also, i added a 180w (105 actual pull) mars ufo led light today just because shes getting harder to cover with light fully.

So now actual pull wattage of led's above her is 390w. Hope it helps yield!

Welcome aboard Smoke! I'm officially starting the 2nd week of flower today I believe. It's been a fun and interesting ride so far for sure. My veg was only 1 month to the day but full of fun (not the good kind) and learning lol. Made several rookie mistakes with her but it's not lookin like she's holding it against me so far.

I hear ya man. My first rookie mistake was planting too many for my grow space. Won't do that again. Who woulda thunk 7 ladies from nine beans of bag seed. Lol. Gave two away and got 5 in my 2' by 4' closet. On the bright side they are really looking good.

Ya know, she did that 2 hours after the food/water. They had a little V to them but more after food. I bet they calm down a bit in a day or 2.

Could maybe also be that there was quite a temp fluctuation in there today. 67 this morning and it hit 86 in there today. I forgot to adjust for the extra 100W LED I put in there. Usually I keep between 70 and 80 at all times. They always had some V to them but today was more. I wonder if the temp swing did it.

So I did some exfoliating today. Hope it looks good for you pros that have been doing this a while. I plant to go a little higher with trimming maybe next week when I can get a little better idea of a few more that won't grow to the canopy so I feel comfortable taking them out. Look good so far?
