Strawberry Kush: Mother Plant

I saw that post earlier. That's pretty insane I'd expect considering the space but you must be doing some sort of crazy ass scrog. After the diy led I'm ready to be intrigued

Lols.
Probably 2 24x24 tote bins so I don't have to hose water everywhere trying to get it in the pots.

Yup they work.

Damn leds I had my veg setup all picked out and now I can find heatsinks for the citi 1818.

Can or can't? How many watts will you be driving them at each. I bought all the 120mm fin pin sinks from CobKits. He'll have more in February. Northern Grow lights will be restocked on most sizes first week of February. If you're driving the 1818's under 40w you can use the much cheaper 120mm. The 133mm sinks I'm using are ice cold at 38w.

So awesome to see such great growth under those led bulbs. Sooo cheap!
I built a small version (4bulbs) based on yours and I just start my new plants under them before heading to the veg tent.
That's for sharing the info!

If I could find them I would.

Now that cob is sold out of everything it's no go until February I guess.

No one else seems to have them.

A 120 will not do. You'll need 140 or 150mm and probably a fan. I ran mine at test current (2.1a) and you could literally cook a steak on my 133mm sinks. I dropped it to 1.05A and now the chips run 38w, are cool to the touch and just as bright. I was told you shouldn't run 1825's above 50w without a fan.
What exact chip are you using?

I run my 1825s at 113 a piece using sstx.

But the 1818 should b3 fine under 60 Watts with the 120mm should it not?

Talk to fanleaf. The thermal rating on the 120mm is 1.0C/w
The thermal on the 140mm is 0.79C/w. The 140 will handle 75w passively but still get pretty hot. I'm not sure if the 120 will handle 60watts.
