I'm working on a batch now 19 grams freshly harvested decarbing now in oven at 300 degrees for 15 mins in a sealed foil bag then let cool slowly that's what directions say to do then let it cool naturally. I'll use that to make canna butter and use the butter for brownies this is my first time does that sound right.

Did you decarb it before you used it to cook with?
Did you make butter or oil?

Ive had this problem then i learned about decarboxylating (sp)
I still mess it up but when i get it right watch out!

Most of the info I've seen on decarboxilating cannabis recommends a temp of 220F for about 60-90 minutes.
I think that temps over 300F are counter productive cause at higher temps even for a short time you might vaporize a portion of the medicine your trying to decarb.
