Too little for 16 days

It's per kg/m2. The Dutch have a different system than us. I'm in Canada...we use both. It's horribly confusing.

ahhh was just trying to learn, which is horribly confusing (probably because I help make it confusing on top of it already being that way ).

If you potted it immediately after it sprouted into a 10l pot it may take some time for the roots to grow before the plants foliage starts to grow, for example, generally speaking, if you start the seeds in a solo cup the roots will grow to fill the cup before the plants foliage starts growing, then once the roots are sufficiently spread out in the cup the plant will begin to grow so once you see roots on the bottom and on the side of the cup you should then transfer the plant to the 10l pot.

I had the same problem and once i added the solo cup step in the middle they grew much quicker.
this may not be the case for yours but you never know!
