Alaskan1 Does Indicas Tent #1

opened the tent tonight and was floored to see that the plants had grown 2 to 3 inches overnight. I raised the light as high as they will go.....there is no more vertical to go!
Thinking of doing a early defol to slow the plants down. I don't need any more stretch thats fo sho

tie them down!! :cheesygrinsmiley:

You and I need to have a cup a joe soon and BS, hoping september I can be down that way. Clones in tow.
Stop and See Norcali while I'm zipping through

Heard! Would love to treat you to some fresh GFB meds, too. Purple Cindy might be in full swing by then, too. She's sure got some good chutes comin' up. Gonna record the N Starve water-only trials in a few days, and I hope I have at least one of those to trade you.

Beware though, the munchkin will talk your ear off, so if you happen by at a time other than nap time, be prepared.

a heage trimmer and a small army, lol, get some pet mice and get them well trained, im sure you can train an army of mice tree specialists, would make life easier, just send the mice in and leave them to it,

damn you got them squeezed in their, are you sure you can stop pm issues, its going to get humid when they are well into flower, defol i would say is needed in this case

I am buying two more fans for the tents I have in flower. I saw no PM but have seen some bud rot from lack of air circulation. Humidity never gets over 55% so I'm pretty good there.

holy frikkin giant plants "budman"!! um quick get me a hedge trimmer!! yup you got work to do my good man, cant let pm or some crap get to them!! oh and stop injecting them with that plutonium steroid from space!!

LOL, it's all Msquared's fault!!! He taught me how to do the UBT and thats what I have done! I got colas everywhere! I also think my plants really like the new feeding schedule I have them on.
We did a hack job on them tonight! No PM issues but I do have bud rot issues and I'm workin on that tomorrow!

OK, did defol tonoght. It's about a week early but I had no choice. Plants were growing PAST the lights. Had to take a flat bar out of one of the other tents and install it in this tents just to get the light as high as I poddibly can. I have to thank MSquared for the UBT lesson as I have colas all over the fricken place! I will break the 2 pound dried mark this time.
Also the temps have cooled so the lights went back up to 1000 watts.

Now that's alot of plants. Reminds me of the days I use to grow i a tent. I use to have to Coyote in there to water and prune ect. Myself I'm different about triming leaves than most people here. I do lolly pop some of my plants when flowering. That keeps the air moving under the canopy anyways, and depending on the plant, most of them lower branches don't yield anything but problems. PM mites or Bud rot. They have some stuff from a company called That Stuff, it is a PM wash and a Mite Wash, you can use up to the day of harvest. I just bought a quart of each to try if, hopefully not but, I get them buggers again. I tried bombs in a 6X6 tent I had. It didn't work. I find a spray regiment works best, Prevention is the key. As soon as you lax up on it, you find problems. Them buggers, 'Spider Mites', sure love MMJ. They find it where ever it is.
Myself I don't take any leaves off the top unless they are covering bud sites. Now if a leaf is more than 50% dead, I'll take them. I always learned the leaves are the power plants for the plant. To me it doesn't make sense to cut any leafs that aren't being a problem. Not that it wood hurt the plant, I just feel why? They are there for a reason. Well everyone grows alittle different.
GL with them mites I'll be talking at ya. Ya'll be welcome to holler at me when ya come thru. Maybe we can do dinner and a bowl. Keepem Green
